Job Details • Outpatient Radiation Oncology clinic attached to a hospital, • 98-99% outpatient population; occasional inpatient treatment, • Average of 60 patients seen per day, treating a wide range of cancers, • Two therapists per treatment machine and CT simulation, • Specialized therapies including SBRT and Tomotherapy, with Accuray Tomotherapy experience required, • Equipment includes Accuray Tomotherapy HI.ART, Elekta Infinity, and preferred experience with RADIXACT and Varian True Beam, • Uses Mosaiq (required) and Epic (preferred) EMR systems, • Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, • No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements, • May float within the department, always with another therapist, Job Requirements • Active ARRT certification, • Current BLS certification, • Graduation from a Radiation Therapy program eligible for ARRT (T) exam, • 3-5 years' experience in Radiation Oncology, with 5 years preferred, • Accuray Tomotherapy experience required, • Experience with SBRT required; CT Simulation and VMAT experience preferred, • License required if applicable, • Must live at least 100 miles from any Monument Health facility, Additional Information • Duties include delivering external beam radiation therapy and performing required specialized procedures, • Support team includes physicists, dosimetrists, oncologists, therapists, and nursing staff, • Two-day orientation with online and on-site training included, • Steel grey scrubs required, • Free parking available, • No local travelers accepted due to 100-mile radius rule, • First-time travelers will be considered, • Former permanent staff must wait one year before returning as a traveler, • Up to 7 days of RTO allowed without manager approval, with contract extension required to accommodate full 13-week term,
