TWIN PEAKS JOB DESCRIPTION: MANAGER GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB As a Restaurant Manager at a 3B Lodge (Twin Peaks Franchisee) restaurant, you role is to support and help lead a dynamic, fun, and guest centered environment. By focusing on the details and maintaining high standards, you contribute to both exceptional service and strong store performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* The duties and responsibilities of a manager include but are not limited to: Must follow proper Twin Peaks Girl Audition Guidelines.
* Uphold standards of cleanliness per Health Code and periodic Quality Assurance Checks.
* Ensure that alcohol is always served responsibly and in accordance with the law.
* Drive sales by working with all team members to execute excellent operations, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts.
* Hold kitchen staff accountable to standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
* Responsibly handle cash, including but not limited to assigning drawers, computing employee checkouts, and bank deposits.
* Respectfully and properly handle all issues of alleged discrimination or harassment in accordance with policy.
* Maintain an atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, poor attitude, or poor work performance.
* Effectively coach and counsel.
* Effectively teach, motivate, and coach all team members including the kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls.
* Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls that meet or exceed the requirements in the Audition Guidelines.
* Ensure that Steps of Service are followed at all times and motivate staff to provide P.E.A.K.S. service to every table.
* Hold team members accountable to standards and be willing to correct standards that are not met in any area including Image & Costume Guidelines.
* Maintain organized and updated training schedules, programs and materials for new employees.
* Effectively execute training and development programs including personal development.
* Consistently manage the execution of Performance Based Scheduling.
* Practice sound inventory control.
* Dress and act professionally each day to set a good example for all employees.
* Focus on building guest advocacy and establishing a regular clientele.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language. Spanish communication skills are extremely helpful.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks.

Preconstruction Process: Responsible for the preconstruction stage of electrical construction projects. Strategy Development: Present fully vetted initiatives with accurate due diligence and risk assessment. Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and ethics with internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance & Communication: Review drawings, specifications and all other construction documents and communicate issues, accuracy of information, and potential risks. Heavily interact with vendors, suppliers, GCs, customers, and other company departments to resolve issues during design and/or pre-bid. Support and influence the accuracy of estimates and assist with suggestions for modifications and QA/QC of estimates.
Collaboration: Collaborate across the preconstruction team and other departments. Support Project Management team as required during the construction phase.

Datahub is responsible for sending and receiving PHI data that is generated in the CRM as part of the patient journey while they are seeking and on therapy. This includes integrations with multiple clients, pharmacies, and third-party vendors via file feed or API. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven Business Analyst to join our team and establish standards, streamline processes, and enforce consistency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and standardize the project estimation process as it relates to Data Hub to drive efficiencies and meet estimation SLAs
+ Standardize the User Story process within Data Hub
+ Document and maintain Data Hub best practices, checklists, playbook, specifications, and other relevant documentation
+ Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate business needs into data feed and/or migration solutions
+ Communicate requirements clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
+ Maintain weekly project reports, client request tool, and other reporting channels
+ Write detailed and consistent User Stories as it relates to the clients' data needs and the project ask at hand
+ Understand the upstream and downstream impacts of data in the Sonexus technology ecosystem
+ Work in conjunction with the BA and QA CoE to ensure timely communication, technical accuracy, thorough requirements, and other project necessities
+ Learn the Sonexus business, its clients, and internal processes

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science) or equivalent experience preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy-related domains preferred.
+ High proficiency in SQL and cloud-based data environments (GCP preferred).
+ Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
+ Familiarity with healthcare/pharmacy data sources and metrics is a plus.

+ BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
+ 4+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, Online Media or related field
+ 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Product Operations, Product Management or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Background in interacting with diverse groups of technical and non-technical individuals
+ Customer communication soft skills with the ability to capture customer requirements, handle and resolve customer conflicts using various modes of communication.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to effectively convey complex subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
+ Experience with troubleshooting technical issues using browser-based developer tools.
+ Experience with web tracking and analytics technology including cookies, tracking pixels, ad tags, container tags, and analytics programs such as Google Analytics.
+ Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to pull data directly using SQL or Presto, analyze large data sets, and identify business insights from data.
+ Proven ability to adapt to change. Dynamic in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proven ability to learn new technologies.
+ Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, APIs, and other web development technologies.
+ Familiarity with Unix and cURL.
+ Familiarity with issue management systems (JIRA) and CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle Service Cloud, Zendesk).

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
