Primary Responsibilities: Microsoft 365 Administration (60%): Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Defender, and Purview. Perform administrative tasks such as user account management, licensing, permissions, and security policy enforcement in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Entra. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of Microsoft 365 services. Implement and manage security and compliance policies, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Oversee updates, migrations, and configurations to maintain a secure and efficient cloud environment. Desktop Engineering (30%): Create, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktop deployments, applications, and endpoint devices. Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device management, ensuring seamless deployment and maintenance of endpoints. Support endpoint security and compliance using Microsoft Defender and related tools. Other Projects and Assignments (10%): Contribute to additional IT projects, initiatives, or cross-functional assignments as needed. Collaborate with team members to support organizational goals and improve system processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Defender, Purview).
