Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues. **_Responsibilities_** + Maintain Vice President's calendar, including but not limited to management of daily schedule, quickly responding to schedule changes, coordinating multiple schedules to align availability, standing up recurring meeting cadence, scheduling department/team meetings and coordinating associated logistics (conference room reservations, room set-up, luncheons, etc.) + Provides executive administrative support for eight other Vice President level leaders. + Maintain confidentiality of executive communication, projects, and work. + Coordinate travel including the booking of all flights, hotels, car rental, etc. for conferences, and other external and internal events and meetings. + Prepare and submit expense reports for executive staff members as requested.
