RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)
· Supervise a team of 8 valet staff and 29 parking attendants
· Train, coach, and monitor employees on safety protocols and operational procedures
· Conduct regular facility patrols to ensure safety and operational standards are met
· Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and clients
· Complete daily safety and maintenance inspections
· Conduct a monthly parking rate survey to stay competitive
· Accurately document and process damage claims as needed
· Support and maintain garage cleanliness and presentation
· Provide assistance to parking attendants with on-the-job challenges
· Assist customers with Pay-on-Foot (POF) transactions and inquiries

· Cover vacation schedules for the swing shift supervisor; must be flexible with scheduling
· Take initiative during peak hours by supporting exit flow, valet operations, or tandem parking

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Minimum of six (6) months of parking operations experience
· Strong ability to think clearly, make sound decisions, and perform well under pressure

· Professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word

The Senior Manager, MN Research Operations provides strategic leadership to the clinical, regulatory, and financial units of the assigned CRO. Directs managers/supervisors assigned to these units within the CRO by establishing and implementing operational standards and monitoring progress and compliance. Serves as the subject matter expert on best practices on clinical trial management, regulatory requirements. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the strategic planning, organizing, and oversight of the TACRI CRO including the development of strategies for patient recruitment, compliance, performance and quality improvement, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
Ensures the development of TACRI's clinical research infrastructure that supports the clinical research community and is consistent with expectations of NCI-designated Cancer Centers as outlined in the Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG) guidelines. Ensures that all institutional, local, state, and Federal Regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCPs), ICH, and IRB requirements are met and that all research programs within TACRI are structured to continue to meet these expectations.
Supervises a team of highly skilled and efficient clinical research staff charged with upholding the same expectations and requirements including continued focus on increasing efficiencies, improving quality control, and providing a robust training and education program. Provides expertise, guidance, and oversight to the operational units within the CRO (clinical, regulatory, finance, quality, training, information systems, etc.).

Represents the TACRI CRO on Health System committees and task forces. Serves as liaison to advance clinical research interests including participation in community outreach.
Oversees financial resources, development, and management of clinical trials budgets; and in conjunction with the Executive Director of the CRO and TACRI Finance Director prepare, monitor, and forecast the CRO annual operations budget.
Responsible for the full range of supervisory functions, including assessing staffing needs; interviewing and evaluating candidate qualifications; hiring and onboarding new team members; maintaining and enhancing staff competence through ongoing training and development; assigning and reviewing work; evaluating performance; recommending compensation actions; and administering disciplinary measures up to and including termination of employment, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

What is my role?
The Supervisor, Product Quality Assurance is responsible for overseeing all aspects of product quality and compliance across inbound shipments within the distribution center (DC) operations. This role ensures product quality standards are met through audits, documentation, and close communication with factories, customers, and internal teams. Additionally, this role drives process management and supports the launch of the inbound compliance chargeback initiative and program. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach to quality leadership, and the ability to influence behavioral change in the way shipments are coming to Hybrid.
What You'll Do
Product Quality Control & Oversight
Ensure finished goods are manufactured in accordance with the product specifications (measurements, fabric, trims and packing) and the quality of the workmanship meets all specified standards.
Manage relationships with overseas factories to ensure all allocated orders are manufactured as per our Quality standards.
Work closely with overseas mills and sewing factories, sourcing/production team, and other cross functional areas to continually escalate quality.
Maintain QC records of pass/fail results and track performance, review factory scorecards and performance metrics, recommend corrective actions, and submit findings to the chargeback support team.
Review and stay current with customers' QA manuals and quality standards. Communicate updates to factories and QC teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements
Conduct QC audits at the Distribution Center and spot audits for specific customers as required; ensure audit findings are accurately documented and reported
Partner with four team leaders and China QC personnel to maintain consistent product standards
Inbound Quality & Compliance
Ensure inbound shipments meet quality, compliance, and documentation standards
Support the inbound compliance chargeback initiative and program
Monitor vendor compliance and partner with stakeholders to reduce noncompliance issues
Communicate with overseas and domestic factories regarding quality findings and follow up with best practices and methods to correct issues.
Drive continuous improvement and behavior change in supplier and shipment quality practices
Interact with cross-functional teams in order to achieve continued focus and improvement in the quality and safety of our products.
Leadership & Collaboration
Develop, coach, and support QC team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
Serve as a liaison between domestic DC operations and the offshore (China) quality teams.
Work together with our Domestic and Import Production teams and CSR team in the development and implementation on continual training, evaluation and improvement of our QA Team local and overseas.
Other supervisory duties may be assigned in accordance with company needs
What You'll Need
5-7 years' experience in apparel quality management. Experience must also include at least 2 years of product safety.
Experience in apparel or consumer goods quality control is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of QC inspection processes and standards
Ability to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization and factory base.
Ability to manage multiple functions and projects in a fast-paced environment
