The Cyber Security Analyst II is a crucial junior to mid-level contributor that is required to operate with managerial oversight, as a part of the global Digital Business Team. In this role, you will work with the Cyber team on a variety of Information Security tasks, to include GRC efforts, software vetting, compliance documentation, exception monitoring, and configuration support. You will be required to manage a heavy workload independently, coordinate with multiple teams across the CIO org, support compliance for the Enterprise, manage the Cyber help desk, develop processes and maintain documentation, and work with IT and Cyber teams to ensure security configurations remain aligned with expected frameworks.
**Position responsibilities:**
+ Primarily GRC role with team management responsibilities
+ Support IT projects by participating in the design, development, and implementation of information systems to ensure these systems include security features and meet compliance needs
+ Perform security analysis during documentation reviews to validate company policies, procedures, and requirement are met
+ Tier 2 Cyber help desk duties, including handling issue escalation and resolution, supporting the team in maintaining
+ Perform vetting and review of software for inclusion on/exclusion from the production network
+ Take on assessment, documentation, and implementation support for ISO 27001 certification efforts
+ Assist with risk assessment, system and communication analysis, development of compliance processes and documentation, to include, but not limited to, RMF, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC
+ Support implementation of CMMC Level 3 efforts
+ Support Cyber team's efforts towards vulnerability management, triaging alerts, and cyber incident management.
+ Evaluate requested changes and make actionable recommendations
+ Assist in maintaining and developing the InfoSec Team's process documentation
+ Exercise independent judgment in determining the methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria used in obtaining results; challenges are sometimes unique.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):**
+ Associates degree in a science related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
+ Minimum2-5 years' experience in cybersecurity, risk management, threat mitigation, incident response, at an enterprise level.
+ Active A+ and/or Net+ certification(s)
+ Have active Security+ certification
+ Demonstrated experience using cyber tools, cyber-SaaS monitoring, IAM platforms, LANs, WANs, VPNs, Firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEMs, data loss prevention software, antivirus/antimalware products, forensics, and analysis systems.
+ Solid understanding of network security, implementation, and documentation
+ Deep familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements (NIST SP 800-171, NIST CSF, CMMC, ISO 27001, ITAR/EAR)
+ Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
+ Works with clients and customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, and assist in resolve their problems. Utilizes knowledge related to information security to resolve inquires.
+ Expresses information to individuals or groups effectively considering the audience and nature of the information. Provides satisfactory guidance or recommendations on corrective actions to identified procedural or systems deficiencies. As a Payments Risk Analyst II on the Payments Risk Operations team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our platform while upholding an optimal customer experience. You will be fully responsible and accountable for the end-to-end investigation and resolution of risk-related escalations involving any of Coinbase's diverse product offerings. These may include issues with deposits, withdrawals, trading activity, manufactured spend or other transactions that have been flagged for additional review.
To effectively carry out this work, you will develop deep collaborative relationships across the wider Payments Risk organization. Specifically, you will partner closely with sub-teams focused on areas like risk modeling, fraud detection, and analytics. The goal of these partnerships will be to gain a holistic view of evolving risks and support joint efforts to proactively mitigate payments fraud. At the same time, you must ensure any risk controls or friction applied to customer accounts does not negatively impact our core metrics or degrade the user experience we strive to provide.
To thrive in this analyst role, a strong foundation of payments risk knowledge is essential. You should have a demonstrated understanding of how different payment methods like ACH, debit/credit cards, wire transfers and cryptocurrency work as well as their inherent risks. Working efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is also crucial as you will be responsible for timely resolution of escalations. Familiarity with tools like SQL for querying large datasets would allow you to quickly analyze complex cases. While experience in analytics is preferable, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of rapidly learning new technical skills.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Plant Controller - North America, the Financial Analyst at the Edwardsville plant will serve as a key partner to both plant and corporate leadership. This role is responsible for providing critical financial insights that support decision-making and operational excellence.
The Financial Analyst will develop a strong understanding of the plant's operations and cost drivers, while taking ownership of key financial processes, including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. What You'll Do
Analyze weekly and monthly actual vs. target costs and identify root causes of variances.
Partner with plant operations to implement and track cost reduction initiatives.
Review and close manufacturing batches, ensuring accurate financial recording.
Capture and report on plant and division KPIs, providing insights for leadership discussions.
Participate in physical inventory counts and reconcile adjustments as needed
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and other month-end documentation.
Support the preparation of forecasts and annual budgets
Maintain internal control documentation and support compliance initiatives.
Take on special projects to improve processes, reporting, and data accuracy.
Use tools such as MS Excel, PowerBI and ThoughtSpot to visualize, analyze, and communicate financial data effectively.
Collaborate across teams, presenting insights and recommendations to plant leadership.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus).
5+ years of finance or cost accounting experience in manufacturing (required). Construction or retail distribution backgrounds may also be considered.
Strong costing, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI

The Cyber Security Analyst I is a crucial junior contributor that is required to operate with managerial oversight, as a part of the global Digital Business Team. Responsibilities** + Provide Tier 1 Cyber service desk support, including initial customer contact, issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues in a timely manner with excellent customer engagement.
