The System Analyst is responsible for the on-going enhancement and technical support of the existing IT application portfolio in Business Systems Delivery. This individual will also be responsible for all aspects of new systems development as well as implementations. This includes the Planning, Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Training, Implementation, and on-ongoing Technical Support of planned or current systems. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day IT administrative tasks, problem solving, issue resolution and client engagement. This position requires understanding and engagement with IT/OT systems, their supporting infrastructure, and the Cybersecurity principles used to protect them. The selected applicant will be working to support the high availability of all infrastructure within our Data Centers, LAN rooms and Control Centers to deliver essential IT solutions to maintain on-going operations. Required Education/Experience
* Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two (2) years of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations.

Core Responsibilities
* Support the technologies that are used by Con Edison's Electric, Gas and Steam Control Centers. These responsibilities involve software configurations, as well as customizations to enable integrations with critical systems at Con Edison.
* Portfolio Scope: Assist in Technology Road mapping to identify business value. Contribute to the deployment and implementation efforts of Control Center systems. Support production resources by troubleshooting and resolving complex system/client issues. Performs other related tasks and assignments as required.
