The Chief Executive Officer serves as the executive officer with day-to-day responsibility for the management and operation of the facility. The CEO has primary responsibility for the development, implementation, and achievement of the facility's strategic business plan in conjunction with routine operations to include quality of care, staff development, maintenance of licensure and accreditations, financial performance, and continuous performance improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the governing body in the development of facility-specific annual operating capital budgets and strategic business plans. Assures that the medical staff is involved and provides input into this process through coordination with the office of the Medical Director.
Manages day-to day operations and staff so that the facility achieves its objectives in all of the following key performance areas: effective patient/client care outcomes, appropriate fiscal management, maintenance of licensure, accreditation and other regulatory criteria, implementation of focused business development processes, medical staff compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Organizes the day-to-day management and operation of the facility through departmentalization, delegation and alignment of responsibilities to meet the facility's patient/client care and business objectives.
Creates and maintains a network of local constituency groups to include government agencies, local businesses, affiliate health providers, and the surrounding community.
Appraises leadership team performance, both of individual members and the team as a whole, assesses competencies, and provides coaching/corrective action as appropriate under the direction of the governing body.
Ensures participation of staff in facility/program wide in-service and continuing education programs, including those specific to the treatment of children, adolescents and families.
Recruits allied health professionals and psychiatrists to increase the scope of service offerings at the facility.
Effectively manages and directs contract negotiations and contract compliance with the commercial payer community to include rate negotiations and services provided. Oversees contract relationships to include regular reporting on contract performance as well as new revenue generation and growth.
Leads development of continuum of care to include comprehensive outpatient services and community based programs.
Serves as the final authority for resolution of staff performance concerns and performance improvement activities as appropriate.
Routinely attends and as appropriate, chairs periodic meetings with the governing body, medical staff, executive management team, and other departments of the facility.
Remains current in all national healthcare-based initiatives through participation in such organizations as NAPHS and the relevant state based facility association.
Ensures an effective survey readiness plan is active at all times including a comprehensive auditing plan, corrective actions taken to address noncompliant areas, and preventative actions to maintain continuous accreditation and regulatory compliance.
Ensures adherence to the Summit Compliance program including timely follow-up with reported compliance issues, staff training, and proactive auditing.
Confirms and leads accurate Governing Board reporting and quarterly calls.
Guarantees prompt, thorough follow-up of any patient/client safety issues including system-issue corrections and proactive assessment of high-risk areas.
Ensures appropriate support for QAPI activities including direct and leadership staff resources, training, and other requirements.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Clinical or related discipline required; MBA/MHA preferred.
Three or more years' experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, and/or managed care environment.
Ability to lead successful licensure, accreditation, and compliance efforts in a behavioral health facility.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of facility administration and clinical operations.
Strong working knowledge of financial management and business development processes.
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:
Five or more years of supervisory/management experience in healthcare setting required.

Project Description:
This project is a subproject of an existing Phase 2 Expansion Project which is increasing the size of the existing building pharmaceutical manufacturing plant by an additional 400,000 sq ft.
This project is the construction of the wastewater treatment building and the associated process wastewater treatment system inside the building. Included in the building will be the typical MEP systems (e.g. lighting, air conditioning and ventilation, plumbing, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager for the Wastewater Treatment Facility the candidate will be responsible for the design management, construction, startup and commissioning of the WWTP building and systems including the following aspects:
SAFETY
Review and understand the Client's inhouse safety policies.
Ensure the contractors are adhering to the client's safety policies and program.
Monitor and report the safety KPIs to the client safety representative.
CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT
Work with your CM to manage the coordination works between contractors to ensure work is performed in the correct order and without conflicts between contractors.
Work with your CM to manage the coordination of work between the WWTP project and the main building expansion project.
Ensure contractors are following established client SOPs in regards permits, safety, access, etc.
Work with all parties to remove roadblocks preventing work from being accomplished and help the contractors to complete their work in a timely manner and meet established milestones.
REPORTING / SCHEDULING
Have regularly scheduled meetings with the main project team to provide updates and status on the WWTP project.
Update and manage the schedule of the WWTP project to ensure milestone dates are achieved and report status of schedule to the main project scheduling team.
Report on established KPIs for the project to the client management team.
Update the schedulers for the main project regarding the construction, startup, and commissioning of the WWTP systems.
QUALITY
Ensure the quality of the contractor's work meets the requirements expectations of the client as required in the Project Quality Management Plan for the overall Phase 2 Expansion Project.
Ensure construction works to ensure the work meets the requirements of the specifications and design.
At the end of a project, ensure all systems and structure has been punch listed and defects have been rectified to the approval of the client.
Ensure all testing and quality documentation is performed and signed off by the contractors (e.g. pressure tests, meggar tests, continuity tests, ductwork pressure tests, etc.).
Ensure the materials being used by the contractor meet the client's specifications for approved material.
Ensure the contractors provide the necessary documentation for maintenance, operations, and facility managers to maintain the equipment that has been installed (e.g. O&M Manuals, Shop Drawings, Warranties, As Constructed Drawings, etc.).
RISK MANAGEMENT
Develop and maintain a Risk Register for the WWTP Project.
Identify risks to the project and highlight the risks to the client PM.
Develop mitigation plan to eliminate or reduce the impact of the risk.
COST MANAGEMENT
Chair weekly cost control meetings to review submitted change orders and process legitimate change orders in a timely manner.
Ensure change order requests have been reviewed to determine if work is already in scope or is a legitimate change.
Work with the Project Cost Controllers to review submitted change orders to verity quantiles, cost, and schedule impact.
Report to the client project team regarding legitimate change orders.
Ensure that specific equipment and ordered directly by the client is delivered to the construction site at the right time, in the right quantity, and in the correct condition, thereby minimizing delays, reducing costs associated with downtime, and keeping the project on schedule.
The client will self-procure some equipment (e.g. filling lines, packaging lines, tanks and vessels, etc.) and it will be the responsibility of the position to:
Establish communications with suppliers and vendors.
Track order progress of equipment.
Proactively follow-up with suppliers and vendors.
Coordinate shipping and transportation.
Track Shipments.
Troubleshoot delivery issues.

Business Planning consultants serve as subject matter experts in a variety of strategic and high-impact projects, guiding clients and transform the way they plan and report across their business and collaborate across functions. What You'll Do
* As a Business Planning Solution Owner and Finance SME, you will own the functional vision and delivery of Finance planning solutions, partnering with stakeholders and technical teams to implement and sustain connected planning capabilities.
* Own the solution roadmap and backlog for Finance planning (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, workforce/capex planning as applicable).
* Lead end-to-end delivery across teams: scope, timeline, RAID, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
* Partner with technical solution architects to translate finance requirements and spreadsheet models into scalable Anaplan/Pigment planning solutions (driver-based models, workflows, approvals, reporting).
* Serve as a Finance SME, guiding best practices in planning processes, financial modeling, and performance management.
* Partner with solution architects/build teams to ensure model design supports: auditability, security, hierarchy design, versioning, and business scalability.
* Drive UAT and deployment: test strategy, test case development, defect triage, go/no-go readiness, and hypercare in partnership with technical solution architects.
* Support data readiness and integration efforts (source-to-target mapping, master data alignment, reconciliations, migration planning).
* Develop and maintain key documentation: requirements, process flows, training materials, and operating procedures.
* Enable adoption through change management, training, and stakeholder communications.
* Up to 30% regional travel.
What You'll Bring
* A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or MIS
* Strong Finance planning background (FP&A) with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and KPI/driver frameworks.
* Demonstrated project/program management capability delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives (Agile preferred).
* Hands-on experience implementing or owning connected planning/EPM tools-Anaplan and/or Pigment strongly preferred (certifications a plus).
* Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills and experience transforming spreadsheet-heavy processes into governed planning solutions.
* Familiarity with data integration concepts and planning data structures (dimensions/hierarchies, metadata, versioning, security).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to align executives and working teams, facilitate decisions, and manage tradeoffs.

* Principal: $164,500-$204,500
* San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Boston, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, Washington DC, Westchester:
* Senior Consultant: $137,000-$170,000
* Principal: $151,000-$187,500
* All other locations:
* Senior Consultant: $125,000-$156,000
* Principal: $138,500-$172,000
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

The OR Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and external stakeholders for critical infrastructure projects within the National Power Division. Project Leadership & Oversight
Act as the owner's advocate in all phases of project development and execution.
Manage multiple large-scale power and critical infrastructure projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with FAC-COR certification and federal acquisition regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret schematics, flowcharts, and technical specifications
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) highly desirable
