The Division Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the wastewater division, focusing on the management of lift stations and pump stations. Compensation: Up to $150k base + division profit sharing (potential total income ofr $250k+) + ownership stake in the company Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the wastewater division, including lift stations and pump stations. Develop strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding wastewater management. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the division. Oversee the maintenance and operation of lift pumps and related equipment.
