The Associate Center Operations Director is responsible for center operations, including center performance, scheduling optimization, patient experience and center culture (turnover/engagement). The incumbent in this role will have primary responsibility for day-to-day center operations, including direct supervision of employees. The incumbent is accountable for ensuring the needs of the center, as well as, its physicians, clinicians, care teams, patients and visitors are met.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Experience: Enhances the overall patient experience by implementing best practices and addressing patient feedback to improve satisfaction.
Slot Utilization: Optimizes the utilization of available appointment slots to maximize patient access and operational efficiency.
Slots Quality: Ensures the quality of appointment slots, maintaining a balance between availability and the needs of patients
Available and Accessible: Ensures that the team is readily available and accessible to all patients, reducing wait times and barriers to care.
Disenrollment: Monitors and manages patient disenrollment rates, identifying and addressing causes to retain patients and improve continuity of care.
Orphan Patients: Identifies and manages orphan patients (those without assigned primary care providers) to ensure they receive continuous and coordinated care.
Center Culture (Engagement): Cultivates a positive center culture that promotes team engagement and a collaborative working environment. Implement initiatives to boost staff morale and engagement.
Center Workforce Planning: Develops and executes effective workforce planning strategies to ensure the center is adequately staffed to meet patient needs and operational demands.
Onboarding of Line Staff: Oversees the onboarding process for new line staff, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support to integrate smoothly into the team.
Teammate Retention (Turnover): Implements strategies to improve teammate retention and reduce turnover rates. Foster a supportive environment that encourages long-term commitment and career growth.
Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will own delivering sustainable performance through an effective Quality Management System (QMS) and continuous improvement goals. You will work cross- functionally to ensure quality in a Lean Manufacturing technical components' environment.
You will supervise a Customer Quality Manager, 3 Quality Technicians, a Quality Engineer, and a Documentation Control Specialist. You will plan and direct activities to develop, apply, sustain, and improve the QMS to ensure external and internal requirements are met.
Specific responsibilities include:
Provide supervision, coaching, training, career progression opportunities, and mentoring for a Quality Team. Hire and supervise employees.
Oversee internal and external quality, customer complaints, and all customer communication related to quality issues.
Lead execution of corporate and specific site quality goals. Promote a proactive Built in Quality (BIQ) approach to quality and partners/collaborates with internal stakeholders to achieve site's performance goals. Manage activities related to the ISO Certification.
Lead and serve as the subject matter expert for advanced problem-solving methodologies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to modify and continuously improve processes to enhance quality, and stability of processes.
Develop and promote Built in Quality concepts into the quality system using methodologies such as Poke Yoke, Quality Gates, and Upstream Certification process.
Design and implement policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met during production.
Ensure testing of processes and products are conducted per documented standards.
Develop training programs and materials and conduct training sessions on quality concepts.
Work closely with Team Leaders and production personnel on all shifts to provide guidance and instruction on proper inspection and reporting procedures.

Develop and devise standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation of materials, in process and finished products. Develop process control methodologies to ensure quality requirements.
Audit and qualify suppliers to ensure compliance with standards. Collaborate with suppliers on problems or necessary corrective actions to be taken. Investigate deviations from standards and completes necessary analysis.
Coordinate government or customer visits for source inspection or quality system audits. Conduct visits to obtain required customer acceptance of products and maintain all associated records and documentation as needed.
Review materials, components or products returned under warranty claims. Analyze reason(s) for failure and advise customers of action to be taken.
Report and monitor Quality performance metrics. Conduct/coordinate analysis to determine failure root cause and ensure necessary actions are taken to improve quality performance metrics.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree required; preference for Engineering field, other degrees considered depending on work experience.
7+ years' work experience in an engineered product environment with specific experience in product and/or material quality and compliance.
Supervisory experience, to include mentoring, performance reviews, and hiring.
Lean Six Sigma manufacturing experience.
Project Management experience or training.
Experienced in quality audits and working collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure quality standards are set and achieved.
Excellent problem- solving skills and demonstrated success in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Strong computer skills, including ERP, MS Office, and data visualization.
Ability to travel (overnight 10-15%) to meet customers, internal partners, and/or attend conferences.

The Operations Manager leads and directs all manufacturing operations with overall responsibility for safety, environmental, industrial hygiene, and quality in the production areas as the first priority. The position leads the production efforts to maximize quantities at the lowest possible cost while creating a culture of continuous improvement, and coordinating with maintenance, engineering, other operations related functions for the site.
Manufacturing operations comprise the Formalin, MAL, MMA Reaction, and Purification plants, as well as Utilities, and Supply Chain activities. The Incumbent supervises the Assistant Operations Manager (Sr. Engineer). Process Engineer, Supply Chain Lead, Day Supervisor, Shift Team Leaders and 52 operations employees. The role exercises effective control of the operations with respect to labor, raw materials, equipment, processes and f inished products in order to produce with optimum efficiency and safety, the required quantities and quality for all products to meet the requirement of their customers. Ensure all manufacturing operations are performed safely and within the environmental and legal requirements as imposed by the company and relevant governing authorities. Maintain all necessary documentation required to complete the above tasks.
The Operations Manager is also responsible to be part of the Bay City startup team. This additional responsibility includes development of Operations, Quality and Maintenance processes, procedures and operations team. The position will work closely with the Project Team throughout the construction and startup phases of the LiMA project to ensure bringing the plant on line.
KEY DUTIES
Operate Safety, Environmental and Health as the first priority. Demonstrate personal dedication for active safety awareness and immaculate plant housekeeping. Eliminate injuries and consistently improve safety performance through innovative safety techniques and effective root cause analysis. Manage all operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Proactively manage the high risks associated with flammability and toxicity of the site's raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Establish and support a culture of continuous improvement (C.I.). Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of plant operations, e.g. ESHQ, yield improvement, cost reduction, OEE, team member development.
Develop and lead a high-performance team, by establishing clear objectives for each team member. The team should utilize a digital twin of the plant, built upon the work in the engineering and construction phases of the LiMA project. Objects and KPI should be tracked visually to highlight deviations and opportunities for C.I.

The General Manager supports the overall leadership and daily operations of SEIA, ensuring flawless execution across all front-of-house service teams. This role is responsible for upholding SEIA's brand standards of excellence, consistency, and hospitality through hands-on management, training, and operational discipline. The General Manager works directly with the Director of Operations to maintain a seamless guest experience and consistent operational performance across all outlets.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute service operations across all front-of-house departments, ensuring alignment with SEIA brand and service standards.
Maintain and enforce brand-aligned systems, procedures, and service rituals that ensure consistency across all shifts and service periods.
Establish, track, and evaluate key service metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and coaching team leads toward measurable results.
Partner with the Director of Operations to develop management talent, promote accountability, and foster a culture of professionalism and warmth.
Manage the scheduling process for all front-of-house teams, ensuring appropriate coverage, labor efficiency, and compliance with budgeted guidelines.
Support daily staffing adjustments and monitor labor in real time to maintain operational balance and service quality.
Ensure guest satisfaction and issue resolution through proactive floor presence and thoughtful service recovery.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house during all meal periods and events.
Participate in daily lineups, pre-shift briefings, and training sessions to reinforce communication and operational readiness.
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Support the Director of Operations with administrative duties, reporting, and performance tracking as needed.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environments.

Job Duties:
Physically inspect all common areas on the property daily to assure its peak readiness and appearance taking immediate action on unsatisfactory appearance problems. Walk the property daily checking for cleanliness, safety and conditions of the buildings, driveways, laundry rooms, pools, landscaping and all exterior features of the property.
Maintain current market and neighborhood information to ensure relative pricing of property and develop marketing and advertising programs to maximize market position.

Approve all lease paperwork daily, applications, move-ins, move-outs, renewals, etc. Ensure all move-ins are walked with the resident and satisfaction is achieved. Perform the duties of Leasing Consultant as needed.
Collect, record, and deposit property income accurately and timely manner.
Hire, train and review performance of all on-site personnel, directing their activities to ensure job satisfaction, acceptable productivity levels and career progression where earned and available. Delegation and development associates. Evaluation of site personnel should be accompanied by written communication and thorough record keeping. Maintain personnel files on all staff members.
Approve all invoices for goods or services received at the site. Utilize and understand the accounts payable system and instruct all office personnel in its use.
