The E-commerce Site Merchandiser is responsible for owning the merchandising strategy, optimization, and overall performance of our Adult Furniture Brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive a seamless customer journey from product discovery to purchase. Merchandising Ownership & Execution · Maintain full ownership of Adult Furniture Brand site merchandising - including optimizing on-site product presentation and catalog upkeep. · Manage the process of publishing new Adult Furniture Brand products live on the site, ensuring final quality checks, correct content, and flawless execution. · Own monthly reporting on merchandising performance, optimizations, and related site KPIs. Optimization & Testing · Proactively identify opportunities for site optimization (layout, content, navigation, recommendations) - including A/B testing ideas. · Work independently or with supporting team members to execute optimizations and iterate. Strategic Content & Add-On Strategy · Lead strategy for enhanced, supplemental product content (e.g., “below the fold” content on product detail pages) for Adult Furniture Brand products. · Develop and own the Add-On Product Recommendation strategy tailored to Adult Furniture Brand customers. Product Pipeline & Merchandising Innovation · Support Collaborate with product and brand teams to identify Adult Furniture Brand items that would benefit from elevated site presentation, improved merchandising, or promotional pushes. · Assist with merchandising documentation and product experience plans to support new product rollouts and site innovation projects. Carousels, Bundles & Site Execution · Best Practices Implement best practices for Product Content Carousels - manage site execution of carousels using creative assets supplied by design/brand teams. · Execute the defined Product Bundles strategy for Adult Furniture Brand products, ensuring site accuracy and promotional alignment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, product management, or similar role. Proven track record of driving revenue growth through on-site optimization and merchandising. Strong analytical mindset and comfort using data to inform strategy. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Self-starter mentality, ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with a major e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify+, or similar) preferred.
