We're looking for a dynamic Site Integration Manager to lead the critical transition of data center sites from construction to fully operational status. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in mission-critical environments who excel at coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring operational readiness at scale. As the Site Integration Manager, you will lead the site transition process, validate system readiness, and align stakeholders around deliverables pre- and post-Ready for Service (RFS). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically knowledgeable, and effective at guiding teams through complex integration milestones. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end site handover process from construction to operations, ensuring all readiness criteria are met. Validate that infrastructure, systems, and documentation comply with EdgeCore standards and customer requirements. Ensure sites are prepared to operate at full scale upon turnover, including verification of power, cooling, architecture, network, and life-safety systems. Lead integration meetings, provide guidance to stakeholders, and align internal and external partners on deliverables. Collaborate with construction, engineering, operations, IT, and safety teams to support seamless RFS execution. Serve as a central point of coordination for both EdgeCore and client deliverables, including pre-RFS and post-RFS requirements. Partner with construction and commissioning teams to ensure systems are fully tested and documented prior to operations. Identify integration risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedules and performance. Support security lockdown and turnover activities for operations. Manage client relationships, including scope, schedule, and expectations. Provide structured updates, milestone tracking, and transparent reporting throughout the integration process. Act as a trusted resource during customer acceptance, ensuring clarity on readiness and outstanding items. Capture lessons learned and applied them to future projects to improve consistency and efficiency. Refine integration standards, procedures, KPIs, and documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance reliability, scalability, and sustainability. Your Experience and Qualifications 3+ years in Operations or Site Integration, preferably in mission-critical environments (data centers, large-scale infrastructure). 3+ years leadership experience in a mission-critical environment preferred Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fire life safety, and control systems; familiarity with ASHRAE, NETA, NFPA, and industry standards. Background in data center construction, technical infrastructure fit-out. Proven track record to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously. PMP or similar project management certification. Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills; ability to translate technical details into clear updates. Client or Contractor side Datacenter construction or management experience Expected to be approximately 20 - 30% but may increase as the business and volume of work evolves.
