3+ years of experience in a Property Manager role
Experience managing conventional (non-student) properties

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of our residential and commercial properties, performing unit flips, and completing maintenance work orders efficiently and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations across residential and commercial properties
Complete unit turnovers including painting, minor repairs, and fixture replacements
Address and resolve maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
Safely operate and maintain power tools and other equipment
Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues
Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas and storage spaces
Communicate clearly with property management, tenants, and contractors regarding repairs and status updates as needed
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance issues via the company-provided emergency phone on weekends
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
Strong working knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience with power tools and basic hand tools (must operate them safely and efficiently)
Trustworthy, dependable, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and time management skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in both residential and commercial property maintenance
Basic certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing a plus
