Manages the plant gauge and layout system to ensure an effective MSA system.
Supports engineering in correctly submitting customer PPAPs and supporting documentation (control plan, FMEA, process flow, etc.).

Required Skills and Education
Bachelor's Degree in relevant science or engineering.
3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or materials environment.
5-7+ years of experience in a quality assurance and/or engineering capacity.
Extensive knowledge of CNC machining/forging/manufacturing processes, daily operations, material handling, quality criteria, safety, and human resource issues.
Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Control Plans, APQP and PPAP.
Expert knowledge and implementation compliance of IATF 16949 requirements.
Strong knowledge of Supplier Quality Program.
