What You'll Do
As an ELIFIN Apprentice, you'll start building the habits, disciplines, and knowledge base that allow new agents to ramp quickly. Over the two-month program, you will:
Become an expert in your specialized area of focus.
Participate in regular training sessions covering the full commercial real estate deal cycle.
Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, outreach, and cold calling.
Shadow agents during meetings, pitches, and property tours.
Gain exposure to marketing strategies, lead generation, and pipeline development.
