Job Description: At Regions, the Private Wealth Management Relationship Specialist assists in the coordinated delivery of a broad range of bank products and services (trust, insurance, deposits, credit, mortgage, investment, etc.) to affluent clients. This role is responsible for rendering an extraordinarily high level of services to private wealth management clients and supporting the Private Wealth management team's effort to grow and retain clients. Primary Responsibilities o Facilitates day to day standard transactional needs of the client base, including processing deposits, payments, account transfers, bill payments, wire transfers or other client support transactions o Enters and maintains appropriate client records in CRM tools, loan closing document preparation and assistance o Responds to client requests for information and assists with general inquiries, within appropriate level of authority, including the processing of documentation for overdrafts, new account setup and monitoring of various first line of defense risk activities o Supports sales efforts by assisting with information for scheduling appointments, making follow up telephone calls, and preparing and maintaining client marketing materials o Collaborates with private wealth management and sales team to ensure client needs are fulfilled and promote business development and client retention opportunities This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Job Description: At Regions, the Commercial Relationship Manager focuses on delivery of credit and a broad range of product / service client solutions within a dedicated geographic area and primarily targets general-industry clients with annual revenues greater than $100MM. Primary Responsibilities Identifies, prioritizes, and develops relationship strategy for high-value retention, expansion clients and acquisition targets Delivers knowledgeable advice and solutions, institutionalizes client relationships, and optimizes revenue opportunities to the Commercial Bank Isolates current and emerging client needs and proactively introduces solutions Engages relevant business partners in team-based portfolio development and expertise delivery Plans and executes quality client/prospect calls Manages transaction processes from initial engagement through final close, including structure, pricing, internal approval / compliance processes and documentation Exercises a high degree of credit acumen and pricing discipline Completes Relationship Management Process training and credit acumen assessment Develops consistent practices learned through the Relationship Management Process and required credit training May build on Client Advisor training to create new client value and function as a strategic partner This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. Requirements Bachelor's degree Seven (7) years experience in Commercial banking or sales with at least five (5) years Commercial Relationship Management experience Preferences Graduate Degree in related field CTP Designation Skills and Competencies Ability to exercise credit acumen and pricing discipline Demonstrated leadership abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience developing others as a mentor/leader Positive reputation and network of industry contacts Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Proven negotiating abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong business acumen **This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience** Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $167,476.73 USD Median: $208,477.50 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan.
