You will oversee care delivery in your assigned area(s) and ensure compliance with all facility policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be expected to promptly report any unusual issues or incidents to the appropriate leadership or administrative personnel. Education and Experience: * Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a current License Practical Nurse license from the State of Minnesota. License must be in good standing. * Must have current BLS healthcare provider certification. Required Skills and Abilities: * A true passion for working with Gerontological Nursing. * Provides patient care with empathy, understanding, patience, tact, and professionalism. * Strong communication skills are required. Must be able to communicate with tact and professionalism. * Is a supportive team member. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation decisions are made based off of several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their hourly range.
