Poor work environment. Prejudiced management. Management did not value hard working individuals and continued to encourage hostile and complacent employees thereby reducing morale and overall motivation among people with skills and devotion to actually work. Management treats their people poorly and takes credit for your work. They use your vulnerability and fear of keeping a job especially at a new entry level position. Management spread gossip and bad mouth employees. Overall very disrespectful Safety department. Beware of working here especially for this department.

The people are wonderful and most of the employee's work really hard

The labor relations in the company are terrible. The pilots had to wait nearly a decade for a new contract and currently the flight attendants and dispatchers are working on an expired contract, getting jerked around by the company and are the flight attendants and dispatchers taking the steps for a strike after the pandemic. The pay is not up to peers at other similar size carriers and they have furloughed 37 dispatchers while junior manning the dispatchers currently working, dispatch needs more peple but the company isn't bringing back anyone
