Job Summary
This position is responsible for the sourcing, negotiation and selection of the supply base for National Accounts, including analysis and integrity of new and existing products and system set-up. This is accomplished through the coordination of vendor relationships, logistics, analytics, communication and project management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Work with vendors and National Account Managers to ensure compliance with client-driven programs
* Build, maintain and sustain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers
* Conduct in-depth industry analysis to provide proactive insight into sourcing strategy
* Lead in integrating new product/program/initiatives into customer portfolio
* Create and manage weekly new product lists for pantry National Accounts
* Monitor savings and costs on all sourcing projects and reports
* Create and track data detailing adherence to program compliance
* Communicate recommendations regarding changes to existing products offered
* Address escalated customer service issues
* Assist with National Account new client roll-out meetings
* Attend meetings, social business functions, and association conferences
Qualifications
* A high school education and three years of business experience, or Bachelor's degree, which is strongly preferred, and two years of business experience.
* Experience in marketing, project management, operations and account management
* Procurement and sourcing experience, and knowledge of Office Coffee and Pantry Services (OCS) is preferred
* Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation
* Self-driven with proven ability to work independently
* Grow and maintain long-term positive internal and external work relationships
* Detail-oriented and accurate, coupled with the demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize business requirements

JOB SUMMARY
Master Technology Group (MTG) specializes in designing, installing, and servicing commercial property technologies across local and national markets.
The ERP Analyst will provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and operational support throughout the project life cycle.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in the advanced customization, configuration, and maintenance of MTG's ERP systems. This position involves in-depth analysis and testing of ERP processes and reporting to ensure optimal performance and alignment with corporate goals. The ERP Analyst collaborates with senior team members and provides expertise in addressing complex ERP-related challenges. In addition, the ERP Analyst will periodically support the Operations team in executing technology-related projects for our clients.
To succeed, the ERP Analyst must possess excellent customer service skills and maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders, including employees, clients, vendors, and partners. Strong communication, administrative skills, organizational and multi-tasking capabilities are vital.
The position is a full-time, in-office role that reports to the Manager of IT and Business Transformation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead in the customization and configuration of advanced ERP workflows
Conduct in-depth analysis of ERP systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design process improvements, and implement ERP solutions
Perform comprehensive testing of ERP workflows to ensure compliance with corporate needs and industry standards
Provide support for end-users and troubleshoot ERP-related issues
Stay abreast of emerging ERP technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP processes
Gain a thorough understanding of MTG services and operational processes
Tracking and reporting overall progress and milestone status to Coordinators and Project Managers as needed
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, fellow employees, vendors, and local service providers
Coordinate resources to support the project completion process and assist with post-install document/program creation
Administrative responsibility to support systems utilization, including but not limited to managing security settings, user access, change requests, and overall system configuration
Stay informed of and communicate updates and improvements to systems and operational processes
Coordinate reporting needs, generate reporting, and conduct high-level data analysis to support leadership in data-driven decision-making
Develop custom reports based on departmental and overall company goals
Evaluate and optimize workflow and define best practices

QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in a business operations role, ideally with expertise in reporting and business process automation
Familiarity with enterprise-level ERP solutions, CRM solutions, data visualization tools, and project management solutions

Brown Advisory is seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and experienced Investment ResearchAnalyst to work for a Family Office Chief Investment Officer in a variety of activities (detailed below), as an integral team member that works with a small number of extremely large families in terms of asset size and sophistication. This position requires an intrinsically motivated individual with an interest in investments, prior experience analyzing public equity and private investments funds and direct deals, and a desire to underwrite / diligence opportunities that are team-sourced as well as client-sourced. Strong analytical skills required, a true thirst for learning, and the capability to solve complex problems, often under deadlines.
The duties of this position include but are not limited to:
* Portfolio Management: participate in portfolio management activities for large, sophisticated family office clients; each subject to the customized investment needs of the client. Services include, but are not limited to, management of liquidity needs, analysis of equity, fixed income, and opportunistic alternative investments as appropriate.
* Investment Due Diligence: conduct in-depth due diligence on a wide variety of investment opportunities that covers individual stocks, third-party managers, and direct private deals. This position will focus on the top of the investment funnel as we sort which opportunities meet the criteria for further diligence.
* Idea Generation: Set up and attend investment manager meetings and conferences to collect information on current and prospective investments. Build network of other family offices to gather differentiated deal flow.
* Database Management: Update and maintain a database of quantitative and qualitative information about current and prospective investments (performance history, portfolio exposure, liquidity terms, etc.). Collect, review and file information on prospective investments (past performance, marketing materials, fund documents, due diligence items)
* Client Portfolio Analysis: perform detailed analyses of both existing and prospective client investment portfolios and create client-specific materials and reports.
* Investment Requests: Ad hoc tasks as requested by the portfolio manager (market research, manager comparisons, client spending analysis, client performance reports, etc.)
* Reporting: Prepare reports on specific investment opportunities in different strategies or asset classes
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required
* CFA Charter holder or equivalent preferred
* Minimum of 5 years investment management experience
* Excellent quantitative reasoning abilities and experience with statistical methods

About this position
The Water and Sanitation Division (INE/WSA) within the Bank is committed to expanding access to quality services for low-income and vulnerable populations, promoting comprehensive and sustainable solutions, improving sector governance and financial sustainability, and incorporating the concept of water security in the sector, particularly by increasing wastewater treatment coverage, protecting supply watersheds, and reducing flooding risk.
We are looking for a proactive, rigorous and experienced Water, Sanitation and Solid Waste Research Consultant. As research consultant, you will support the whole knowledge generation process.
You will work in the Knowledge Team part of INE/WSA department. This team is responsible for knowledge production, management and dissemination that serves to assess needs and priorities, inform practices, advise clients and contribute to an evidence-based approach to lending.
What you'll do
* Conducts empirical research and policy analysis on Water and Sanitation and/or Solid Waste topics in LAC.
* Manages database process, including data collection, coding, storage, and visualization.
* Creates and manages large datasets including establishing cleaning and storage protocols and writes complex code to operationalize qualitative and quantitative analysis methodologies.
* Conducts literature reviews of material from conferences and seminars, government documents, academic journals and policy publications, institutional databases, and reports.
* Creates tables, graphs, and other data visualizations that clearly communicate research findings.
* Performs advanced econometric analysis of large datasets.
* Co-authors working papers, technical notes, discussion documents, fact sheets, policy briefs, and presentations on the team's research for external publication.
* Assists with institutional information requests.
* Participates in selected loan operations with the potential of analytical products as project economist. This task implies supporting the project team in the review and evaluation of the projects to be financed with the operation, and conduct the socioeconomic analysis of the main projects.
What you'll need
* Education: Master's degree in economics, environmental economics, natural resources economics, applied economics, econometrics/statistics, public policy, or related field. Preferably PhD degree in economics, environmental economics, natural resources economics, applied economics, econometrics/statistics, public policy, or related field. Candidates should have a strong quantitative background (e.g., econometrics, programming).
* Experience: At least five years of experience and demonstrated knowledge and interest in at least one of the following areas:

About the Role
The Triage Security Analyst Intern (TSA) is a first level Security Operations Center role, supporting our security services globally. The TSA Intern assesses inbound security data and communications, dealing with straightforward tasks and escalating to our Security Engineers as needed. This role also leverages network troubleshooting skills to assist customers in finding resolutions to their technical issues. Our TSA Interns work 20 hours per week in our Eden Prairie office. We are targeting this role to start late January/early February.
Responsibilities
As a TSA Intern you will:
* Understand IT infrastructure and networking to be able to identify security incidents with the help and guidance of senior security engineers
* Triage customer requests, apply playbook driven solutions, initiate potential incident investigations through assignment to security engineers
* Effectively dispatch both security and communication triage events to the correct people in a timely manner
* Understand the processes and systems Arctic Wolf uses, this will be critical in helping the team handle customer requests
* Identifying new runbooks required to aid in expanding the knowledge of the team
* Continuously drive to learn new aspects of the security business
* Review customer configurations to ensure that the system is operating effectively. Resolve any issues that you find problematic leveraging documented procedures and playbooks
* Troubleshoot and resolve operational health of sensors and scanners in customer environments
* Investigate end-point agent installation and operational issues
* Resolve cloud sensor configuration and communication issues
Who You Are
* Security basics with a demonstrated passion for networking and cybersecurity
* Customer facing experience in any fashion with strong communication skills and easily interact with a variety of different people and personalities
* Attention to process and a willingness to learn
* Recently completed, or within a semester of completing, a degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security discipline OR 2 years in the IT industry with cyber interest
Preferred Qualifications
* Malware
* Network Routing and Switching
* Virtual environment experience with VMware or Hyper-V
* Firewalls and IDS/IPS
* Linux, Windows, Mac operating systems
* Windows and Active Directory
* Cloud technologies including AWS, Azure

You will be required to attend trainings, seminars or webinars relevant to job role to enhance current knowledge base and skill set in order to improve job performance and efficiency.
Arctic Wolf Networks is a 24×7 work environment and our TSA Interns are critical in developing exciting new talent for our team. The onboarding period of time could be more than 20 hours per week. After the first few weeks, the role will be 20 hours. You will work with your manager to create a consistent and predictable schedule.
