RIMES Technologies CEO and leadership

Brad joined RIMES in 2021. Drawing on 30 years’ experience at organizations such as Bank of New York Mellon, IHS-Markit and Goldman Sachs, Brad is a recognized leader of innovative growth businesses in wholesale capital markets, spanning electronic trading, data services, and financial technology. Brad has an active involvement in the financial technology and data segments and has served as an advisor to several large private equity firms in London. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a BA in International Relations.

Doug joined RIMES in 2001 as Chief Data Officer, prior to which he was Global Head of USD Swaps, RBS Capital Markets (2000-2001) and Global Head of Interest Rate Options, NatWest Markets (1997-2000). Doug has a PhD in Chemical Physics, from Columbia University.

François joined RIMES in 2020 as Chief People Officer bringing more than 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field developing organizations and leaders to accelerate their performance and impact. Prior to joining RIMES he drove the People function at eFront in 2016 before the business was acquired by BlackRock. Previously, he has been supporting various business as a HR Business Partner at SAP (where he was HR Director in the Netherlands) and more recently at Adobe.

Laura Davis joined RIMES in October 2021 as Chief Marketing Officer. Laura has more than twenty years of experience building go to market, brand and growth strategies for fintech, SaaS, regulatory compliance, private equity, and institutional firms. Previously, she led a global marketing consultancy, and was the Global Head of Marketing for IHS Markit, where she led marketing for the organization’s Financial Services segment. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in Canada.

Scott Miller is a seasoned executive with decades of global experience across the Financial Markets Information Technology landscape. He has thrived in an era of transformation, embracing the rapidly evolving market structure as an opportunity to address specific challenges through innovation and a truly client-centric approach. Operating at the executive-committee level, he is a proven driver of performance, productivity and potential. As a partner to the CEO, he has deep experience leading initiatives and organizations across business and product strategy, sales and marketing, client solutions and support, and business operations. In addition to his exposure to large business lines, he is equally experienced in a start-up environment, having been a founding partner of numerous strategic, incubated initiatives within large organizations and VC-backed FinTech ventures. He excels at leveraging data, technology and knowledge assets and executing on new ways to maximize revenue and profitability. Scott has been fortunate to gain deep global exposure and experience throughout his career, resulting in strong client, partner and industry relationships across North and South America, EMEA and the AsiaPac region. Scott exudes a relentless drive and infectious optimism. His core values of commitment, integrity and gratitude are equally prevalent in his professional and personal life.
