Under the direction of the Safety Manager, the Field Safety Specialist is responsible for delivering hands-on safety support, oversight, and guidance at customer job sites and field locations. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements by conducting jobsite audits, participating in customer meetings, and ensuring field-level execution of safety procedures. The Field Safety Specialist provides expertise during high-risk activities such as confined space entry, hot work, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and supports large-scale projects with shift safety coverage as needed.
