- Work closely with DevOps Release Manager to coordinate deployments across all tiers and environments.
- Troubleshoot and work closely with others from the DevOps team on cross-team coordination of production issues to ensure quick resolution of Salesforce-specific bugs or deployment challenges.
- Stay current with Salesforce best practices, trends, and platform updates to ensure processes remain aligned with platform innovations.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Project management, in concert with supervisor, of new or rebooted implementations
Build and maintain customized EHR forms, workflows, and processes for multiple programs, including SSVF, HVRP, Staff Sgt. Fox, GPD, OP, and Residential.
Monitor, triage, and resolve Help Desk tickets; escalate complex issues when necessary.
Manage system administration for the organization's EHR and related applications, including Bells AI, my HealthPointe Portal, LOCUS, and Order Connect NX.
Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials for the EHR and associated applications.
Research and troubleshoot EHR issues to identify root causes, distinguishing between user errors, system bugs, or training needs.
Perform system cleanup tasks such as merging duplicate records, discharging clients, closing inactive staff accounts, and re-routing documentation as needed.
Create and manage reports to assist supervisors and terminating staff in completing pending tasks before separation.

System Cleanup: Monitor and perform necessary system cleanup processes, such as merges, discharges from the agency, closing end-dated staff, and re-routing notes.
Staff Termination Monitoring: Create reports and mechanisms to assist terminating staff and their supervisor in completing all unfinished tasks before their departure date.
Responsible for assisting the finance team with the security and setup of software system for their needs
Maintain Integrity of System: Includes but is not limited to locking charts, deceased client locking, and auditing of records as needed.

This is a part-time, variable hour, non-exempt position. This position is not initially eligible for health insurance or a health savings account (HSA). To be eligible for health insurance and an HSA, you must work 1560 hours from September through September of the following year with coverage beginning January 1 of the year after eligibility is satisfied.
All field positions accrue sick leave (based on hours worked) and are eligible to participate in the 401(k) program (employer matching is dependent on hours worked and disbursement is subject to program rules).
This opportunity will be posted for a minimum of 7 days and applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
Upon successful completion of this assignment, you will be eligible for consideration for reassignment on other Westat field data collection projects if they become available.
