The Senior HPC Administrator, High Performance Computational and Data Ecosystem, is responsible for a computational and data science ecosystem for researchers at Mount Sinai. This ecosystem includes high-performance computing (HPC) systems, clinical research databases, and a software development infrastructure for local and national projects. To meet Sinai's scientific and clinical goals, the Senior Administrator has a good technical understanding for computational, data and software development systems along with a strong focus on customer service for researchers. The HPC Senior Administrator is an expert troubleshooter and productive team member and leads projects to effective and efficient completion independently under little to no supervision. This position reports to the Director for Computational & Data Ecosystem in Scientific Computing. Specific responsibilities are listed below.
Responsibilities
Design, deploy and maintain Scientific Computing's computational and data science ecosystem including ~30,000 cores with high bandwidth, low latency interconnects, GPUs, large shared memory nodes, databases, scientific workflows and 30+ petabytes of storage in production, clinical data warehouse and software development environment.
Lead the troubleshooting, isolation and resolution of all technical issues including application, system, hardware, software, and network). Actively monitors the systems.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3-5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, ideally in a nonprofit or revenue operations environment.
* Salesforce Administrator certification required.
* Advanced Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Revenue Cloud) (Preferred).
* Proven ability to drive adoption and optimize Salesforce for measurable impact.
* Experience managing vendor/consulting partners and collaborating across multiple departments.
* Self-starter mindset with the ability to lead projects end-to-end while remaining a hands-on Salesforce administrator.
* Advanced Salesforce configuration, reporting, and automation expertise.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication, training, and change management abilities.
* Familiarity with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is a plus.
* Project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
* Startup experience is a plus.

Your Role and Impact
As a vital contributor to our sales team, you will:
Expand Our Reach: Identify and engage new clients in a white space territory, showcasing the value of ISS Sustainability and Climate solutions to secure new logo sales.
Reignite Interest: Reengage early-stage prospects and older opportunities to convert them into qualified leads for our Account Executive team.
Maximize Client Value: Analyze renewal books to uncover upsell opportunities by identifying underutilized services, untapped delivery points, or complementary product enhancements.
Track and Report: Keep detailed records of client interactions, meetings, and sales activity in Salesforce to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
How You'll Contribute to Team Success
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals by:
Conducting preliminary forecasts 90+ days ahead to support Account Executive planning.
Following up on client success leads and turning them into new opportunities.
Drafting compelling sales proposals and contracts for Account Executives to finalize and present to prospects.
Contribute to pre and post sales meeting preparation and follow up material needed to drive opportunities forward supporting Account Executives.
What You Bring
Experience: 2 plus years in sales or a client-facing role with a proven ability to achieve quotas or KPIs.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with asset management, sustainability, or climate services is a plus.
CRM Skills: Experience using Salesforce or similar tools to manage pipelines and client relationships.
Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Base salary: The New York City expected base pay range is $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.
