Ability to lead staff and complete major projects and participate in the department budget process is required. Overview

Your Day-to-Day:
As a Geotechnical Engineering Project Manager, you will lead and manage a variety of geotechnical engineering projects from start to finish. You'll apply technical expertise while guiding project teams, supporting clients, and delivering timely and accurate recommendations for critical building and infrastructure developments in the private and public sectors.
Project Management: Manage geotechnical projects from planning to execution, maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.
Engineering Solutions: Analyze field and laboratory data to develop safe and effective engineering solutions.
Reporting & Proposals: Prepare technical reports, proposals, and support business development initiatives.
Client Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for clients and subcontractors, ensuring alignment and solving project challenges.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and promote a positive, safety-first work culture.
What You Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining, or a related engineering field.
5+ years of related geotechnical engineering experience, which preferably includes some extent of project management responsibilities.
You have or are on track to obtain an Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license
