What the Customer Marketing Team Does
The Customer Marketing team is the engine that ensures we truly understand, reach, and influence the customers who matter most. The team:
Understands customer needs, behaviors, and motivations across key segments-including hospital systems, pediatric providers, retail pharmacies, and distributors-allowing CSL Seqirus to deliver strategies tailored to each audience.
Develops targeted value propositions and messaging that address the distinct needs, behaviors, and motivations of targeted customer segments.
Partners closely with cross functional teams-Sales, Access & Reimbursement, Medical, Legal, Policy, and Regulatory-to ensure the customer perspective is reflected in every decision and every touchpoint.
Activates and optimizes customer engagement tactics that translate strategy into real-world execution and measurable business impact.
Defines KPIs and analyzes performance, using insight-driven recommendations to improve campaigns and guide senior stakeholders.
In short, the Customer Marketing team serves as the advocate, strategist, and connector between customer insights and commercial success.
What You'll Do
· Collaborate with segment leads to develop customer-specific marketing tactics that align with brand and business objectives.
· Create targeted messaging for field sales teams to provide customers with relevant information year-round, supporting the planning and execution of immunization campaigns.
· Provide field teams with tools, training, and customized resources that help customers manage their annual immunization campaigns.

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $150,000 - $185,000.
