Responsible for providing guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
Efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware.
Cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner.
Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food, and beverage menus, suggest particular courses and wines and kindly answer any questions they may have regarding menu items.
Efficiently relay orders to the galley, and serve various courses and beverages with care, ensuring that all items look presentable and are properly garnished and decorated before serving.
In addition to the routine restaurant duties, Servers may be required to perform other functions, such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and cater evening entertainment.

Job Description
Banquet Server's primary role is to greet, assist and serve guests at special functions and events, while ensuring Brand Standards and Banquet Department operating procedures are being followed. The Banquet Server will help assist with event preparation and clean up, serve guests, and respond to questions, complaints and requests of our guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and breakdown banquet meeting space per Event Order instructions, including tables, table complements (salt, pepper, sugar, breadsticks, etc.), table linens, table settings, center pieces, dishes, audio-visual equipment, and all other event provisions.
Run food from the kitchen to banquet space on demand.
Assist with food preparation, such as plate up needs, prior to event start time.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of banquet spaces, before, during and after events.
Maintain communication with the guest contact person for guest needs and provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Communicate with Banquet Manager as well as other servers.
Greet guests as they enter the venue and help them find their seats.
See to the comfort of guests by answering questions, taking orders, conveying special instructions to the kitchen and bar, and serving food and beverages.
Circulating the room with trays of appetizers and beverages.
Serve all food and beverages to guests per company standards.
Support other staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
Manage audio-visual equipment during events.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
All other duties as assigned.
