In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support facility operations to ensure optimal performance and safety. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, fabrication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Apply HVAC skills for equipment and facility maintenance (e.g., heaters, furnaces, AC systems, exhaust fans). Assist outside contractors with machinery repairs and installations. Maintain knowledge of pneumatics (repair airlines, fittings, valves, cylinders) and hydraulics (replace hoses, pumps, valves). Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the day. Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts. Inventory and control stock of maintenance supplies. Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying and supporting process improvements. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
