Your job is all about making sure everything runs smoothly. That means getting orders just right and making sure they're ready right on time, serving up top-notch food, and making every customer feel like a VIP. You make sure everything on the to-do list gets checked off, and everyone's in the right place at the right time. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll even get to help train new folks and attend regular Shift Leader team meetings.
