Essential Functions:

Trains, instructs, and directs personnel in safe and proper equipment operations, maintenance, and repair of wastewater equipment; assesses the knowledge of the foreman and operators to determine their knowledge of the equipment; and instructs on proper operation of equipment when rotating and doing preventative maintenance.
Maintains records and logs correspondences; corresponds with the maintenance, operations, fleet, building maintenance, chemical vendors, household supply vendors, purchasing, and contracting to ensure all equipment, vehicles, lawn equipment, and buildings are in good working order; purchases operational chemicals, household cleaning supplies and toiletries; and receives all deliveries to the plant in the Oracle program.
Confers with engineers and others regarding the efficiency of the plant and equipment and recommends changes in plant design and operations for production and optimum wastewater quality; and confers with the Plant Engineer and Pole Bridge Superintendent and other members of management to discuss operational issues and projects at both wastewater pants.
Manages crew workers and works to maintain efficiency of the plant; meets weekly to determine the current needs of the plant; checks the supplies for various job assignments, requisitions supplies; and manages the maintenance and repair of all plant vehicles.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; six years experience as a plant operator which included two years of experience as a Class I plant operator in a water or wastewater treatment facility; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Specific License or Certification Required: Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license; must possess and maintain a valid State of Georgia Class I Wastewater Operator License.

Profitability - Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are properly executed during shift. Follow all systems and processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash throughout shift. Monitor and ensure Crew Members comply with all policies and procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security during shift. Report equipment issues, provide Crew Member performance feedback, and discuss other restaurant opportunities with Restaurant Manager. Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.

* Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred

ROLE PURPOSE
Assist store management in executing store operations during scheduled shifts and ensure that all employees are giving a “Great experience every time” to the customer in a fast-paced, clean and safe environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Be able to perform all job functions of each crew position, including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, and front-line food preparation.
Effectively leads the team during a shift to ensure that excellent restaurant operations are consistently achieved.
Ensure the restaurant is properly organized and staffed as designated by written schedule through proper job assignments, break rotation and delegation of tasks during both peak and non-peak periods.
Delegating duties, assigning specific tasks and ensuring team members prepare food items according to Charley's standards of quality, consistency and timeliness.
Help train and develop team members and positively lead by example using Charley's 5 Steps of training.
Contributes to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments.
Follow Charley's operational policy and procedures, including those for cash handling, and inventory controls to ensure the safety of all team members and guests during each shift.
Be certified in all positions and to train others on the position in order to help where ever needed.
Ensure Key Practices are followed during the shift.
Ensure team members follow health, food safety, and safety guidelines for a clean and safe environment.
Informs immediate supervision promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Accurately complete designated duties such as inventory control, ordering of products and cash control.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to pass the TSA federal background check to work in the airport.
One or more years' restaurant experience (fast food/QSR supervisory experience preferred).
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
Good problem solving and decision making skills.
Able to exhibit excellent skills with the guests and team members.
Supervise and motivate team members to perform to their highest possible level of ability.
Takes initiative and always looking for improvement.
Have a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
