Supervises and participates in the bailing and storing of rags; ensures the bailer is operated in a safe manner at all times. Assists in selling rags and shoes to the company offering the highest market value. Monitors dumpster pick-ups to ensure they are timely and to ensure that dumpsters do not overflow. Operates a fork lift and trains/certifies others in the same. Maintains vehicles and makes arrangements for regular servicing of the same. Performs heavy lifting of articles up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Recycles cardboard boxes and cuts cardboard for use with the bailer machine. Stores shoes in storage areas. Collects and empties trash for the warehouse area.
