Assistant SiteManager (ASM) shall act as the lead role player manager for each training site.

ASM shall be responsible for ensuring that all role players on site are capable and proficient in safe small arms simulated employment during role play.
ASM shall be liaison between LRSO and role players at each training site.
The ASM shall be directly responsible for the management of all contractor firearms, safety gear, wardrobe items, and any other contractor equipment at each site.

Shall possess documented experience as a U.S. SOF Close Quarter Combat (CQC) RSO with a thorough understanding of safety controls implemented for role player use during training scenarios.

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for management of the Operations and Maintenance staff at composting site. This position insures a safe work environment, compliance with all governing regulations and optimum performance of the equipment and the people. This position reports to the Sitemanager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Using the composting KSA's develop, modify, and maintain an efficient operations system.
* This position reports to the Sitemanager.
* Foster a culture that promotes a safe work environment through the development and implementation of safety plans and training; maintain environmental and regulatory compliance standards.
* Proactively deliver financial results commensurate with operations budget and company goals
* Improve employee relations by building a healthy organization, by promoting a culture of respect consistent with company values.
* Drive change by challenging the status quo, developing a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
* Create an operating cadence (rhythm) that utilizes appropriate tools and incorporates clear communication and accountability for business results

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES
