Currently, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join their team and lead commercial construction projects from start to finish. The Commercial Construction Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day project execution and serves as the company's senior representative on site.
Responsibilities:
Lead project teams, including Superintendents and Project Engineers
Own project safety, cost, schedule, quality, and documentation
Manage budgets, forecasting, requisitions, and change management
Develop and maintain project schedules and three-week look-ahead's
Oversee submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project records
Lead MEP coordination and resolve constructability issues
Build strong relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and inspectors
Qualifications:

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day site Operations, including but not limited to supervising the warehousing, receiving, and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Equipment & Facilities

Safety

May function as the sites HR administrator in partnership with network HR support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
As an Assistant Construction Manager with Hines, you will act as the Owner's representative to assist in the management and coordination of all activities associated with all facility and property management related projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Coordinate and facilitate general construction activities.
* Assist in preparation of project budget and capital improvement project projections.
* Monitor and review contractors' work as it relates to budget, schedule, and owner's program.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in construction science, engineering, or related field.
* Three years general contractor or construction related experience.
* Work within governance-intensive approval model, including project management software platforms such as PM Web.
* Demonstrate understanding and successful application of general construction terminology and processes.
* Read and interpret construction related manuals, research/instructional reports, safety rules, and methods and procedures in mechanical drawing and layout work.
* Read and interpret detailed construction drawings and specifications and communicate findings with team.
