RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide lifecycle management and oversight of multiple deployment projects
Manage outreach to site stakeholders (e.g., CBP, Port Authorities, Terminal Operators), track deliverables, and ensure compliance with project specifications
Offer technical guidance on RPM lane design requirements
Provide technical recommendations to installation and construction teams
Support deployment and installation of RPM equipment during site construction
Lead commissioning efforts for new RPM installations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience interfacing with customers and stakeholders in both technical and operational environments
At least 5-10 years of direct experience in the deployment and installation of Radiation Portal Monitor (RPM) equipment
Hands-on experience with RPM systems manufactured by Client, Smiths Detection, and Rapiscan Systems
Deep knowledge of the RPM deployment lifecycle, including construction, installation, startup, and commissioning
Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of technical systems-from initial deployment and installation through field maintenance and system upgrades
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to serve as a primary liaison between field personnel, technical teams, and government and/or commercial clients
Experience operating in field-based technical environments, including logistics coordination, installation oversight, and resolution of systemic technical issues across distributed equipment fleets
Proven success in technical project or program management within high-security, government-regulated environments such as Client, DoD, DoE or similar national security programs
Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and resources for complex technical deployments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
TRAVEL:
This position is primarily remote; however, the Site Manager will be expected to travel occasionally to project sites. Travel is estimated at up to 25%, though this may increase based on project demands, client requirements, or operational needs. Job Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for theday-to-day operations of four properties totaling 48 units: three with fundingby USDA Rural Development, and one with funds through the HUD 202 program. Theproperties are located in Cascade Locks in Oregon, and Stevenson and Carson in Washington.
Responsibilities
Maintain regularly scheduled office hours.
Ensure that all rental agreements, leases and other rental forms arecorrectly completed and filed.
Maintain organized file system for resident information. File andmaintain resident records. Enter and update resident information in Yardi.
Responsible for collection of rent, maintenance of petty cash, properdeposit and accounting of monies collected in the manor specified by CCHC.
Post rent increase notices. Track and implement when scheduled.
Responsible for issuance and timely processing unpaid and late rentnotices.
Maintain waiting list files of eligible applicants and files of removed /rejected applicants.
Interview and income qualify prospective residents per CCHC's TenantSelection Plan.
Make sales presentations by phone or in person to applicants includingshowing apartments when necessary.
Inspect rent-ready units and coordinate with maintenance staff to correctdeficiencies.
Help applicants prepare and process Rental Applications.
Carry out Move-in and Move-out inspections.
Comply with all State and Federal requirements to maintain compliancewith government regulations for the project.
Understand and apply requirements of Fair Housing Laws with applicantsand residents.
Prepare and send monthly annual recertification letters, includingscheduling annual recertification and inspections. Make sure that the annualrecertifications are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Transfer over/under housed residents by moving residents to properlysized housing units.
Maintain a resident key box and change locks out at turnover of unit.
Perform regular property inspections to endure visual appeal of propertyand maintain hazard-free conditions. Alert maintenance to needed repairs.
Address maintenance emergencies promptly, responding to after-hour calls.
Report safety hazards to Property Manager.
Manage and direct maintenance staff with guidance from the PropertyManager.
Responsible for maintaining work order log and filing work ordersaccordingly.
Maintain incident Log when on or off duty.
Promote harmonious relations among tenants, employees and the community.
Work with Social Service agencies to coordinate services to promoteresident stability and growth.
Oversee use of Community Room for residents and community use.
Complete individual time sheet monthly basis and forward to PropertyManager for approval.
Regular and reliable attendance during scheduled hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:
Overall Supervision of fuel system RMMR operations for a prescribed geographic area under contract with USACE.
Oversee the daily operations of the fuel facilities within the region to ensure the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are being met.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate fuel maintenance site activities to optimize resources and facilities to meet the PWS specifications.
Interface with the operational activities at various locations to maintain communications regarding upcoming deployments, exercises, logistical maneuvers, and other activities to ensure contractual requirements are met.
Prepare, update, and submit internal and external reports (schedules, deficiency lists, recurring maintenance reports, etc.) or other verifying documentation as required for both LBS requirements and USACE contract deliverables.
Develop technical scopes of work for repair and modification Service Orders for Department of Defense (DoD) Fuel facilities as part of the USACE RMMR program. Repairs will be developed in accordance with UFC 3-460-01 “Design: Petroleum Facilities,” American Petroleum Institute (API) Standard 650 “Advanced Tank & Construction,” and applicable Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS).
Review repair specifications of equipment or components being purchased or fabricated for repair and construction projects, to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and material specifications. Procure material required by repair or maintenance work.
Develop Service Order cost estimates, logistics and construction schedules, and coordinate field execution with RMMR Project Managers, USACE Project Managers and Engineers, and facility level Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAE).
Supervise and train fuel system maintenance personnel to ensure they meet qualifications to competently perform their duties. Orient new personnel with regard to internal personnel requirements (i.e. timekeeping, LBS policies, etc.), job-specific duties, and location-specific policies. Ensure that certifications and qualification remain current.
Ensure that personnel maintain required safety training and perform their functions while meeting prescribed safety standard and maintaining compliance with contract requirements. Document as required.
Maintain accurate records of time worked by employees and submit to LBS payroll as directed.
Perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the workforce assigned, communicating performance expectations, areas of accountability, training requirements, and feedback to employees on a regular basis.
Responsible for managing discipline issues in an appropriate manner in concert with LBS Operations and Human Resource personnel.

Upon bio approval and before beginning work on the contract, the SS shall:

The Infusion Center Supervisor assists the Director with specific leadership tasks and functions within the Infusion Center. Oversees and provides support to Infusion Center. The role is expected to consist of 80% clinical support and 20% administrative tasks. Supervisors engage physicians in dialogue regarding scheduling of appointments and patient care needs. Assists with daily troubleshooting of issues that may arise. Supervisors participate in annual capital budget planning. Oversee frontline direct reports, aid in evaluations for direct reports, and enact coaching actions as needed. Supervisors are expected to role-model professional leadership behaviors that serve to lead their teams by example. Other duties may be assigned as need arises.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
Experience
Three years of experience in infusion care is required.
Minimum one year of experience with progressive leadership in infusion services is preferred.
Certification & Licensure
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in VA is required.
