Position Summary:
Site management responsibility for the day-to-day and long-term operation of a chemical management program at Quaker Houghton s customer site. Includes the management and technical oversight to maintain and improve upon processes related to chemicals.
Job Accountabilities:
Requires extensive interaction at all levels within the customer organization including customer senior level management. Ensure customer targets and results are achieved by executing Quaker Houghton s Fluidcare program plans.
Responsibile for managing and improving upon the financial systems and methods, manage projects and manage the customer relations including the programs scope of work as determined by the contract
Program responsibilities include the leadership, management, development and direction of Quaker Houghton site staff (if present) that may include both exempt and/or non-exempt classified employees. Employee development and discipline responsibilities may include hiring, training (safety and technical), performance management, reviews and talent assessments. This extends to both full time and contract staff.
Responsibile for customer satisfaction that includes leading on-going contract renewals, product conversions, business development and development of Quaker Houghton products within their program through the value proposition.
Manage the site based on established SOW (Statement of Work) and the contract. Duties may include: analytical testing/reporting, chemical addition, equipment cleaning, project management, value generation (meeting or exceeding guaranteed cost savings), etc.
Chemical spend may include a variety of manufacturing processes that requires an extensive range of chemical product types and numerous Tier II suppliers. Manage Tier II suppliers, site processes and technical oversight.
Ensure all internal and client reporting (data and information management) are kept up to date and distributed within the agreed upon timeframe. Internal reports will utilize JDE, GSI, WERCS, etc.
Execute site level profit plan. Work with the management to ensure tier 2 conversion plans are achieved and manage all other operating costs to realize budget goals. Resolve P&L and working capital issues.
Directly responsible for all EH&S performance for all Quaker Houghton Fluidcare related operations. Ensures all QHFC operations and procedures are maintained and followed. Maintain an active awareness of hazard awareness and risk reduction. Housekeeping standards to be maintained at all times.
Work Environment:
Work in an office environment and in a manufacturing environment; may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. May occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock and trip and slip hazards. The noise level in the manufacturing environment is loud.
Ensure a safety mindset throughout designated area of responsibility.
Maintain the highest EHS standards while at customer s site.
Education, Experience, Skills & Competencies:
Education
Bachelor s degree in engineering, science or equivalent.
Certifications
CMFS certification a plus.
Experience
A minimum of five years related experience with at least three years in manufacturing environment and/or three years of Chemical Management or other on-site service experience. Minimum of one year corporate customer relationship management experience, budgeting and P&L responsibility.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Sponsors, CROs, and vendors, ensuring timely communication, resolution of operational issues, and alignment on study deliverables.
Provide comprehensive training and onboarding for new site staff, ensuring protocol requirements, regulatory guidelines, and site-specific procedures.
Plan and lead regular site team meetings to foster communication, address operational challenges, share study updates, and ensure consistency across clinical and administrative functions.

On-Site Presence: Site Managers are expected to be physically present at their assigned clinic Monday through Friday during standard operating hours, for a minimum of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
Time Off Protocol: If time off is needed, prior notification must be given to your Regional Site Manager. Approval should be obtained before it is taken.
Coverage Responsibility: It is the Site Manager's responsibility to ensure that all operational duties are adequately covered during any absence. This includes coordinating with appropriate team members to maintain seamless clinic operations.
Email Communication Protocol
Timely Response Requirement: All emails must be reviewed and responded to within 24 hours of receipt to ensure timely communication and operational efficiency.
Inclusion of Leadership: The Regional Site Manager (RSM) must be copied (CC'd) on all email correspondence related to site operations, clinical activities, or sponsor communications.
Sponsor and CRA Communication
Site staff must inform all sponsor representatives, Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), and CRO contacts to include the Regional Site Manager on all future communications involving the site. This ensures transparency, accountability, and consistent oversight of study activities.

The Site Manager coordinates and directs operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities of the company, including any and all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supplier contact, customer relations and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities.

Job Description
The Crisis Services Supervisor-Front Desk works directly under the Director of Crisis Services and serves as the direct supervisor for Crisis Service Specialists at the Resource and Crisis Center in Pontiac, MI. The position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operation of the front desk services at RCC. The role ensures operations of the front desk and environment in the lobby areas of the RCC are clinically focused and inviting for the individual's seeking assistance. This is an on-site position with contingent scheduling.
Shifts are 12 hours with hours of 7:00 AM-7:30 PM, or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Essential Functions
Train front desk staff in trauma-informed practices, crisis response protocols, and HIPAA compliance; provide ongoing coaching and support
Conduct regular one-on-one supervision and team meetings (at least monthly) to promote staff development, address concerns, and reinforce best practices
Develop, implement, and update procedures that support efficient and clinically sound front desk operations
Monitor and analyze cycle time from arrival to transfer to crisis service providers, identifying and resolving delays or service gaps
Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure consistent coverage across all shifts, including weekends and holidays; proactively identify and coordinate coverage for staffing gaps due to call-offs, vacancies, or increased service demand
Mitigate barriers to timely service transfers by collaborating with internal teams and external partners
Build and maintain professional relationships with crisis provider leadership to support seamless coordination and service delivery
Demonstrate and model effective crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques; provide real-time support to staff during high-acuity situations
Oversee inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies and resources designated for people served
Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming
Communicate security concerns-including contraband, threats, or behavioral risks-to all relevant RCC entities in a timely and coordinated manner
Take a proactive role in guiding and managing all safety efforts- overhead pages, facilitating evacuation of the lobby, etc.
Participate in agency meetings, supervision, and required training to stay current with policies, procedures, and best practices
Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission and operations of the Resource and Crisis Center
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field (social work, psychology, counseling, family
services, sociology, criminal justice) OR Associates Degree + a minimum of 3 years of experience in human services/behavioral health role.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

2+ years of experience working in a human or medical service environment (school, hospital, crisis center, call center, community mental health agency).

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure the store is operating and exceeding customer service needs. You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers!
