Performs the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.
The delivery of quality service and positive interaction with our customers is critical to the completion of all the tasks within this job description. The ability to greet all visitors, vendors, and employees; while continuously maintaining the standards of excellence in presentation and professionalism. This is also a requirement of your staff.
Provide lead direction at assigned client site(s); to enforce security/safety programs and ensure that post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that adequate reports and logs are filed daily and weekly.
Develop and implement security procedures and compliance with facility policies and procedures and applicable stated and federal laws. Maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures and regulations; respond immediately to emergency alarms or calls for help, determine course of action, notify appropriate authorities and assist as needed.
Knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV system computers, the Micro-Lite System. Staff is to ensure the continuous and safe operation of all elevators and access doors is critical. Maintain contact with authorized personnel/contractors who are responsible for maintenance and upkeep of said devices.
Equipment operation will include use of portable radios, telephones, copy and fax machines, computers and tools. This includes making daily inspection of all vehicles assigned to job site and noting any damages so that repairs can be handled immediately thus maximizing use of the units at all times.
May counsel and discipline personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents counseling and disciplinary actions.
Assists in the training of Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers, and review of post orders ensuring that Guards have competent knowledge of assignments.
Communicate with Operations manager daily and weekly regarding account performance and Security Guard performance. Communicate daily and weekly regarding security and safety issues/changes that need to be implemented.
Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
In conjunction with company management or designated company representatives acts to ensure adequate security coverage of all posts.
Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with Staff to outline tasks and responsibilities. Ensure that Staff sign in and out for their scheduled shifts accurately for every shift.
Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
Carry out other duties as assigned by Dir of Security and Operations Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
One year (1yrs) of which must be in the capacity of a supervisory position within the Security Industry.
State Guard License is required.
CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
While no two events are quite the same, here's what you can expect as a Premium Supervisor -
* Ensure all suites are properly set before guests arrive
* Review guest orders and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
* Supervise suites staff to ensure all systems and tools are being used correctly
* Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
* Handle any issues that may arise among staff or guests calmly and professionally
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event
* Assist the Premium Department with administrative work including client invoices and monthly inventory
* Assist the Premium Department with creating staff schedules in compliance with Oregon labor laws
* Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
* Maintain cleanliness of service areas and restaurants in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
* Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
* Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
* Perform any other duties as assigned

**The Role**
+ Oversee the daily operation of assigned market
+ Ensure all tasks assigned to your market are completed in a timely manner and meet organizational quality standards
+ Be the market "expert" and "go to" resource spending 80%+ time in the field
+ Participate in the onboarding of new contractor crews
+ Review 10% + market completed work monthly and provide feedback

Requirements
+ 3+ years of cable, broadband or telecommunications construction experience **required** (specifically, drop bury knowledge)

+ Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

The SiteSupervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to all Department of Early Learning and Care [DELC] rules and regulations. To follow and create planned curriculum under the direction of the Multi-Site Director. To implement provided curriculum according to the weekly schedule along with planned weekly activities in art, stem and humanities. To supervise groups of school age children and ensure all children's individual needs are met with dignity and respect as well as their safety by following YMCA and ELD policies and procedures. Programs take place at various sites in Salem-Keizer and throughout the greater communities, Monday through Friday. Before school hours typically range from 6:30-9:00am, After-school hours typically range from 2:00-6:00pm depending on site location and school schedules. The SiteSupervisor can work additional set hours for prep/planning time (not to exceed 28 hours per week), School days off and summer allow for additional hours as well. Our programs work with children ages 5 to 12 years old.

Physical/Mental Requirements:
