Qualifications The Assistant Site Manager is a seasonal position working with either our Lower Camp (ages 5-9) or Upper Camp (ages 10-13), both housed at our summer camp location: Hale Reservation in Westwood, MA. The Assistant Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting designated groups to be successful in the camp environment, specifically supervising staff and providing hands-on guidance around positive behavior support plans (both general and acute). In addition, the Assistant Site Manager will work with the Site Manager to help manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned site. Responsibilities: Overall management of interior and exterior painting projects Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers and painting staff Lead a crew of painters Ensure that the entire painting crew is properly attired, and the CertaPro Brand is represented on the jobsite as required Ensure the painting crew acts in a professional manner Communicate with the customer, office and others in the business as required and in a timely manner Ensure the Certainty Service System is being utilized throughout the production process. Qualifications: Experience in a leadership role of a painting crew is a must Experience planning of a painting project to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget Experience coaching a crew Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of how to address issues with customers, staff, vendors and supervisor Ability to independently solve problems Great time management skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum of 5 years of painting experience verifiable through references Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment necessary Exceptional customer service skills Highly organized and self-motivated Quality conscious and detail-oriented Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (repetitive movements, standing, lifting, climbing, working at heights of greater than 10 feet, etc.) Benefits/Compensation: Health Care 401k Paid Holidays Paid Vacations Each CertaPro Painters business is independently owned and operated.
