QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of four years of progressive human resources experience; five or more years strongly preferred. Prior experience supporting employee relations within a regulated or pharmaceutical environment required. At least one year of Human Resources Business Partner experience; two or more years preferred. Strong ability to conduct objective, unbiased investigations and make sound recommendations. Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to balance employee needs and organizational risk. Proven coaching and counseling skills with managers and employees.
