Project Manager - Federal / NASA Programs (Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) Target Contractors is hiring a Project Manager to take point on active and upcoming federal projects, including a major NASA job already underway. This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and demands someone who knows how to lead in a federal environment while keeping complex work on track.
