Key Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and supervise AV Driver/Operator teams across assigned locations.
Conduct daily shift planning, scheduling, task delegation, and attendance tracking.
Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational protocols.
Train, coach, and mentor new and existing AV operators on operational procedures and program standards.
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Fleet, Safety, Engineering) to ensure vehicle readiness and resolve operational issues.
Monitor site productivity metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Prepare weekly operational status reports and performance summaries.
Coordinate with Fleet & Maintenance teams to ensure optimal vehicle uptime.
Travel between Tampa, Baltimore, and Pittsburgh as operational needs require.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Operations, Transportation, Logistics, Automotive, or related field.
Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role managing teams.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance-driven environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced field settings.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel between assigned cities as needed.

A Little About Your Day: You will:
* Prioritize job duties for the entire inventory control and receiving teams (around 5 associates in total) while working closely with other departments as needed to ensure new product is safely, efficiently, and accurately integrated into existing inventory.
* Oversee and manager the inventory control and receiving teams, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship, resolving any issues that may arise.
* Work with department managers company-wide, including branch management associates, Sales, Purchasing, service and rental, and Operations Management, to ensure warehouse operations are operating in an effective and efficient manner as it pertains to the receiving of product and accuracy of inventory.
* Ensure workplace safety is a top priority and guidelines are adhered to.
* Perform routine inventory cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of stock levels.
* Work with Inventory Control and the Maintenance Department to work on the creation of additional storage space in both the main distribution center and the branch locations.

What You'll Need for success:
* High school degree or equivalent required.
* College degree in related discipline preferred.
* Minimum of 2-3 years' management/supervisory/lead experience in a Distribution environment responsible for inventory/receiving management.
* Experience working in a large, paperless warehouse with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) strongly preferred.
* Prior forklift experience strongly preferred (sit-down, stand-up, and/or cherry picker).
* Valid Driver's License.
