SUMMARY
Develop, implement, enhance, document, and support the organization's most complex, multifaceted software applications, critical to the day-to-day functions of the bank. This position is responsible for serving as the primary contact between the vendor and business unit and will report to various levels of management across multiple divisions of the organization on the status of the systems, including any outstanding issues and successes. Primary system responsibilities include Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) and. Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
System Administration:
Monitor ERP system health and performance, ensuring high availability and reliability
Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our Oracle ERP environment.
Manage integrations between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, HRIS, financial platforms)
Research, test, schedule and deploy upgrades and releases while adhering to documented change management process and procedures
Create and maintain system documentation including desktop procedures, end user procedures, system diagrams, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Business Continuity Planning (BCPs), disaster recovery plans, user access audits and test plans
Analyze, evaluate, and recommend system changes, configuration and enhancements based on business requirements of critical processes and applications and expertise related to system construction and areas of efficiency
Independently make decisions based on mastery knowledge level of supported applications and related business processes
Lead meetings and deliver presentations to small and large groups of various levels of management across the organization
Gather, interpret, and report system performance issues to vendor, business unit(s) and management and document performance trends
Establish performance measures, goals, and objectives for the software based on the business requirements
Implement and maintain security protocols, user roles, and access controls
Develop, test, and execute scripts to translate business requirements into system enhancements.
Access relevant system servers and databases to develop and maintain business requirements.
Stay current with new ERP and EPM technologies and features and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation.
Provide support and troubleshoot issues for ERP and EPM applications
Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and end-users
Work closely with Oracle support and vendors to resolve issues and implement best
System Development:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Develop reports and dashboards using ERP reporting tools, such as OTBI
Ensure data quality, security, and privacy through data validation and access controls
Develop and maintain workflows, automation, and data integrations using platform-specific tools and APIs
Customize and integrate third-party applications and services into existing solutions.
User Support and Training:
Provide tier two help desk assistance to issues escalated from First Support on critical applications
Provide subject matter expertise to assist in the development and delivery of training for end users
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and training
Create user documentation, training materials, like how-to guides to enable self-service
Assist System Administrator I, II and III team members with the process of converting business requirements into system requirements as needed
Project Subject Matter Expert:
Lead medium to large project efforts and independently support project work
Understand in-depth, the business requirements of critical applications while differentiating requirement vs. process. Convert business requirements into system requirements and maintain ongoing communication with the vendor
Data Management:
Understand, monitor, and maintain data integrations with source systems at an in-depth level to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial and/or critical data
Develop, maintain, and monitor data validation routines and understand the business impact of data exceptions or delays
Develop, maintain, schedule, and monitor reports for end users
Utilize SQL Developer to read and update PL/SQL scripts currently running on the EPM Automate server
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and five or more (5+) years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Four or more years' experience working with Oracle ERP in a banking/financial services environment required
Strong understanding of database design and integration
Experience with bank applications and software administration experience
Experience with Java (Java script, Groovy)
SQL Programming experience and understanding of database concepts
Preferred:
Solid understanding of bank finance
Understanding of PowerShell
Experience administrating EPM applications and environments
Oracle ERP and/or EPM certifications

**What We're Looking For**
As a Senior Analyst within the Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) organization, you will play a key role in supporting Datavant's audit, compliance, and assurance activities. You'll apply your deep understanding of IT controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks to help maintain and improve Datavant's control environment. **What You Will Do**
+ Support Strategic Compliance Initiatives
+ Contribute to enterprise-level audits and assessments (FedRAMP, HITRUST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.) from kickoff through final deliverables and report delivery.
+ Perform technical control testing and validation for infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.
+ Coordinate walkthroughs, evidence collection, and remediation tracking with internal teams and external auditors.
+ Strengthen the Control Environment
+ Support the maintenance and enhancement of Datavant's Unified Control Framework (UCF) to align overlapping compliance frameworks.
+ Draft and update control narratives, test plans, and policy documentation in response to evolving regulatory and industry requirements.
+ Partner with control owners to validate control effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
+ Communicate and Collaborate
+ Act as a compliance subject matter expert, supporting internal stakeholders across engineering, product, legal, and operations.
+ Translate complex compliance requirements into clear, actionable technical and operational guidance.
+ Provide clear, concise documentation and summaries to support audit readiness and stakeholder understanding.
+ Enhance Processes and Automation
+ Identify opportunities to automate and streamline evidence collection and control testing.
+ Collaborate with GRC team members to improve existing compliance workflows and leverage tooling for greater efficiency.
+ Participate in process reviews to strengthen consistency and accuracy across compliance activities.
+ Drive Continuous Improvement
+ Draft control descriptions, SOC report narratives, and remediation plans.
+ Identify control gaps, assess risk, and lead remediation tracking through completion.
+ Stay current on emerging regulations, frameworks, and audit trends to ensure Datavant stays ahead of the curve.
**What You Need to Succeed**
+ 4+ years of experience in IT audit, security compliance or risk management.
+ Hands-on, proven experience with security frameworks and regulations such as, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, HITRUST, NIST 800-53, and/or FedRAMP.
+ Experience conducting technical control assessments and writing audit-ready documentation.
+ Excellent communication skills-you can explain control requirements to engineers and translate technical speak for auditors.
+ Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
+ Self-starter who is driven to build structure where needed.
Tool & Technology Stack:

The Northern and Intermountain Regional Forest Health Protection offices are located across Montana, Idaho, and Utah, with the primary mission and responsibility to provide for forest insect and disease pest monitoring and management throughout federal, tribal, state, and private lands.

Level III Analyst - Spatial Statistical Expert Analyst Candidates shall work to support requirements for Management And Technical Crosscutting Activities (Time And Materials (T&M)) [For Activities Related To General And Cross-Cutting Support] and Provide high-level spatial statistical and analysis services, including, but not limited to, the following:
Statistical analysis that incorporates advanced spatial statistical procedures;
Creation of figures from analysis to depict results;
Comprehensive write-up of statistical methods/results for publication;
Technology transfer of analysis results and statistical code to USFS project leaders.
Responsibilities include:
Communicating with the client and ensuring all deliverables are submitted timely;
Provide articles relating to spatial statistical analysis findings, including data collected from the contract;
Provide support for study plan creation;
Provide high-level qualitative and quantitative design methods;

Qualifications
The Level III Analyst - Spatial Statistical Expert Analyst shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
Qualifications Criteria includes:
PhD from an accredited university in Geography, Marketing Analysis, or related field;
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of spatial statistics analysis/publishing experience;
Extensive experience working with forested ecosystem projects;
Extensive experience in statistical study plan design mixing qualitative and quantitative design methods, and completing prescribed analyses, specifically in natural resource field of forest ecology;
Demonstrated experience acting as lead author and extensive experience as co-author for peer-reviewed articles specifically in the natural resource field of forested ecology with emphasis on spatial modeling, covariance structures, and repeated measurements analytical procedures;
Strong written and oral communications;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Demonstrated experience working independently with minimal supervision and interest and commitment to international development;
Ability to work primarily remotely.
TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements. Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.

The RCO Revenue Integrity Analyst II is responsible for appropriate charge capture, assigned account, claim edits and/or charge edits for an assigned service line. This position will monitor and support the maintenance of consistent charge capture or charge edits to ensure regulatory compliance and revenue optimization for assigned service line(s). This position will support the development and management of integrated charge capture workflows in partnership with senior analysts and leadership, working closely with the clinical and clinical application teams.
