+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

+ Perform function until squadron appoints Unit Property Custodian
+ Provides MSC to support squadron EMSEC program management

+ Integrate with squadron security manager to ensure TEMPEST guidelines are in compliance for SCIF.
+ Provide Tactical Systems Emulator "TSE" 8570 support until separate TSE 8570 member is hired
+ Coordinate/set up VTCs for squadron leadership and provide technical support/coordination and operational capability for Tandberg systems
+ Process download transfer authority paperwork and validate DTA authorizations as requested by 27 SOCS
+ Complete training and perform update and validation of MSC assigned Management Internal Tool Kit (MICT) checklists

**Qualifications:**

The Systems Administrator performs the administrative operation and maintenance of server hardware and software. Maintains system security and executes practices and procedures; monitors usage statistics and logs; monitors and remedies attempts to penetrate or corrupt server files. Maintains baseline configurations and performs modification of configuration settings. Institutes troubleshooting and incident response procedures. Troubleshoots system related problems. Remains current in operating systems/software analysis and technological developments and applications. Recommends future direction or projects to management. Provides expertise and direction in the development or modification of software programs and applications to enhance an operating system.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
General Requirements:
* TS/SCI security clearance required to start in position
* Associate Degree or higher, or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills:
* DOD 8570 IAT Level II required (Sec+ or equivalent or higher; Level III preferred)
* Experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration to include Group Policy Management; DNS; DHCP; and Identity & Credential Management
* Experience with server virtualization (VMWare VCP5.x or Microsoft Hyper-V)
* Experience with Linux servers in an Enterprise environment (RHEL, Alpine, RockyLinux)
Desired Technical Skills:
* Experience with management of Storage Area Networking environments (familiarity with NetApp Data ONTAP preferred)
* Experience with Enterprise-Level backup and restoration concepts and products
* Experience with MS Exchange 2010/2013 and Unified Communications applications (MS OCS/Lync)
* Experience with designing, implementing, and managing Radio over IP solutions. Multicast video, encoders, and related endpoint devices (experience with EZTV a plus).
* Experience with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker or Podman.
