What You'll Be Doing Owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple business units, managing all aspects of candidate and process management. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (advanced credentials such as SHRM-TA Specialty a plus). 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with full ownership of candidate and process management, primarily in an in-house TA environment. (Previous agency experience is a plus.) Experience recruiting across a variety of functions and levels, with strong adaptability and business acumen.
