About the Role
We're seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to focus exclusively on recruiting delivery for several of Houston's leading enterprise clients. This is a pure recruiting role - no sales, no business development. You will partner closely with account managers and client hiring teams to fill critical technical positions while providing a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level IT positions (intake → sourcing → screening → submission → interview coordination → offer close).
Work directly with hiring managers to understand technical skill sets, role requirements, and team needs.
Build strong sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other tools.

About The Role:
