Our after-school staff is part of the Mentoring Alliance After School team and reports to the Mentoring Alliance After School Area Directors. There are either one or two Assistant Site Directors at each of our After School sites. Site Administrator: The primary function of the MAAS Site Administrator is to provide administrative support for MA After School. There is one Site Administrator at each of our After School sites. Counselor: The primary function of the MAAS Counselor is to provide supervision and care for a group of students in MA After School. The majority of our staff are Counselors.
