You will act as the primary consumer contact to guide a consumer through the loan origination process after the licensed discussion with a loan officer. Position Locations: Phoenix, AZ Tampa, FL St. Louis, MO Plano, TX Essential Duties: - Operate in a call center environment as a customer success advocate. - Answer high-volume, inbound calls or texts from current customers promptly. - Perform routine data entry and validation tasks. - Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses with internal employees, consumers, and/or authorized 3rd parties. - Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution. - Perform other related duties as required and assigned. - Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values. Qualifications: - Mortgage and/or financial services call center experience is a plus. - Bilingual Spanish is a plus. - General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Mortgage Regulations a plus. Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: - Capable communicator (written and oral). - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively resolve problems. - Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mainstream computer applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.). In doing so, the Advocacy Specialist will conduct grassroots advocacy activities, support program-specific activities and communications, communicate with external/internal stakeholders, engage in coalition building, and support other workflows in the unit. This includes assisting - under the Mozaic brand and with substantial support from external partner organizations - with free legal clinics throughout Ohio. Working alongside staff from external partner organizations, the Advocacy Specialist schedules attorneys, refers attendees to other services (i.e. warm hand-offs to patient navigation teams, internal resource programs, etc.) and books locations for the recurring program, which serves an average of 30+ attendees a month.     Apple Farm Service is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as our next Parts Specialist. This candidate will help drive parts sales for the company by finding our customers missing parts or parts to repair their equipment. The Parts Specialist's primary roles will be assisting in the determination of required parts for the customers and stocking new and ordered parts. Customer service is a must as a majority of this candidate's day will be customer-facing. Apple Farm Service is the area's leader in agricultural parts. The company stocks over 80,000 different parts from dozens of major and short lines, such as Case IH, New Holland, Kinze, Great Plains, and many others.
