**Your role at Clorox:**
Starting Pay Rate: $26.00/HR + Night Shift Differential
Work Hours: 6:00pm to 6:30am
The purpose of this position is to perform all day-to-day activities, with focus on raw materials and finished goods handling, to achieve the department and business objectives. Day-to-day general direction is provided by the Distribution Lead.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Load and unload all loads of finished goods and raw materials as assigned.
+ Move and position finished product or raw materials into designated areas within the facility.
+ Conduct basic palletizer and de-palletizer operations to include unloading of finished goods, supplying product platforms, and assisting to resolve operational problems.
+ Safely and efficiently operate all material handling equipment, to include batteries and chargers.
+ Maintain all safety, GMP, and area housekeeping standards.
+ Comply with all customer service requirements.
+ Perform physical and cycle counts.
+ Perform query and entry functions in SAP.
+ Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and RF devices.
+ Maintain current Clorox Forklift Certification.
+ Train other FTOs.
+ Perform any assigned duties that fall within the scope of this job as defined by management

**Your role at Clorox:**
The Senior Regulatory Specialist will serve as a strategic regulatory partner for the Burt's Bees business, supporting product development, commercialization, brand maintenance, implementation of regulatory best practices, and maintaining a robust compliance program for our personal care and over-the-counter (OTC) drug products.

**Regulatory Strategy & Project Leadership**
+ Independently represent the PS&RA function on cross-functional project teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely project execution.

+ Analyze and interpret regulatory data to provide strategic recommendations and influence project direction.

+ Effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners, including regulatory authorities and industry groups.
+ Contribute to the development and implementation of effective documentation and data control management for compliance files within the Regulatory Information Management System.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Legal, Quality, and Marketing teams.
+ Provide regulatory guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
+ Mentor junior team members and contribute to building regulatory capability across the organization.
**External Engagement & Best Practices**
+ Represent the company in external forums, including trade associations and regulatory working groups.

+ Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline (e.g., Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology).
+ 7+ years of regulatory experience in the CPG industry, with 3+ years specifically in the cosmetic and personal care space.
+ Strong knowledge of FDA regulations [e.g., The Food Drug and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MOCRA)], global regulatory frameworks (including European Union, Canada and Asia markets), and OTC drug regulations/monographs.
+ Proven ability to lead project regulatory strategies and influence cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

JOB SUMMARY/ JOB DUTIES:
* SAP commits are necessary, and all knowledge must be understood and used correctly.
* This position will be required to receive all products back from production. Products will be received via an automated stacker/or the possibility of hand stacking when a stacker is not available.
* All stacker equipment lockout must be known, safely and correctly operated per the procedures.
* Separates product by variety and day for storage.
* Pushes 400 lbs. plus (on wheels) as needed.
* Manually stacks cases keeping up with line for freezer orders.
* Supplies empty baskets to production lines.
* Can palletize Hearth products 10 high; bulk rolls 13 high
* Must drive various types of lift trucks and pass licensing requirements.
* Must be able stack baskets 15 high when picking outbound loads, 17 high occasionally (8 1/2 feet).
* Must count accurately, and lift 30 lbs. from floor to above
* Picks cases using MOA numbers.
* Loads trucks at a minimum rate of 185 pieces/hour.
* Reads and interprets pick list.
* Secures loads on trucks and marks properly for identification.
* Assist as needed in Freezer or Receiving.
