As a Managing Director in PNC's Corporate Treasury team you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY. This position is primarily based in a PNC office location. Responsibilities require time in the office on a regular basis. This role as Managing Director within PNC's Corporate Treasury organization reports directly to the Head of Capital Planning and Management and includes opportunities to oversee and support a broad range of activities. This group is responsible for the strategy, analytics, forecasting, optimization, and execution of capital management related activities at PNC. In addition, this role involves leadership in the Corporate Treasury team's planning and analytics related to risk adjusted returns and profitability, capital optimization activities including securitizations, and recovery and resolution planning. This team works closely with executive management, line of business, finance, risk management, internal audit, legal, and regulatory affairs partners across PNC. Your work will contribute directly to Corporate Treasury's ongoing efforts in optimizing PNC's capital and balance sheet, evaluating relevant risks, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include leading and/or supporting: * Analysis and recommendations related to capital planning and management activities, including for capital optimization strategies such as securitizations. * Annual capital stress testing efforts (CCAR) and development of PNC's capital plan. * Regular capital forecasting activities and related analysis. * Planning and execution of PNC's share repurchase program. * Research, financial analyses, and preparation of reports for PNC and peers using independent judgment and discretion. * Analysis and evaluation of risk adjusted returns and profitability. * Corporate Treasury's team's activities related to recovery and resolution planning, including scenario design and related analytics, trigger framework, documentation, governance, and reporting. * Development of executive and board-level presentations. * Presentations to senior management. * Expertise in relevant regulations and advocacy efforts related to capital, liquidity, and recovery and resolution planning.
