Since our founding in 1883, UltraSource has served the processing and packaging equipment needs of thousands of companies worldwide in the meat and poultry, seafood, produce, dairy, medical, and pharmaceutical industries.
1916 – Koch outgrows its original location and moves to a new five-story building which included a retail salesroom and manufacturing facilities for coolers and marble top butcher counters.
1965 – Koch begins selling vacuum packaging equipment manufactured by Multivac of Germany.
1994 – Koch begins manufacturing crossweb package and film labelers.
2011 – Koch begins manufacturing tray sealers.
2014 – UltraSource begins manufacturing Rollstock HFFS machines.
The Matrix Ultra Labeler won a Technology Excellence Award for its innovative design at the 2019 Packaging Expo.
