Role Overview
The HR Business Partner will be part of Legend's global HR organization, reporting into the HR Business Partner Head for respective Business Units. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders to drive business success through people-focused solutions. Execute or support execution of sensory and consumer research to generate high-quality, relevant data.
Evaluate data quality (e.g., panel performance, consumer data checks, raw data cleaning) and maintain internal databases using pre-defined templates.
Analyze data using best practices and extract actionable insights under supervision.
Collaborate closely with IC&D partners to transfer insights and guide product design and development.
Communicate and present research approaches and insights to stakeholders, including project teams, customers, and leadership.
Harvest and disseminate knowledge and insights from internal and external sources relevant to your area of responsibility.
Work collaboratively with technicians, associate researchers, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure timely documentation and system updates, including archiving and database management.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sensory Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sensory and/or consumer research, preferably in the food/beverage industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong project management and data analysis skills.
