The resource will have to travel to Chicago Area, IL at least 4 days / week. UX Lead / SME - SC with strong UX skill set. RESPONSIBILITES: • Designing the layout standards for client product categories which include determining: o Maximum number of tabs to be used o Valid scroll length for screen o Content layout sequencing with the tab approach o Ensuring the standard groupings within the tabs have been accounted for o Showing related accessories and other upsell recommendations o Determining opportunities to improve end-user experience with changes to placement of UI elements like links, messages and images • Designing wireframes for product configuration layouts based in the modeling templates. The standards will be defined by product category (console, Infrastructure, subscriber, systems etc.) • Defining the layout format (colors, upsell message with the right format, font and color) • Defining the layout for the top banner messages (including cross-sells) on the Product Configuration screens of CPQ.
